The service and staff was very exceptional. Especially Mr. Debabrata who was very nice and helpful and always available for any queries or help.

They assigned a staff exclusive for us. His name was Deb. Very helpful and always around to assist. The kitchen team was excellent as well The rooms are very crammed. And bathrooms aren’t designed well. There was no lift in our building. Wasn’t value for the kind of money we paid

We loved our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim. All of the staff and especially Debabrata and Maira were extremely helpful and kind. We had to switch rooms with our elder grandparents and they made the process seamless. The kitchen staff were also very accommodating and food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were cleaned daily and were beautiful. Pool was also very nice and clean. Fitness center was a bit small and the power kept going out, but there was a generator. The treadmill also did not turn on consistently.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great staff, Maira and Deb were especially great hosts. Would definitely come back! Guests who get up early in the morning so that they can secure a chair at the pool then leave the area. This practice is annoying, and selfish considering that there aren't many chairs to begin with. The hotel has about 130 suites. It's highly suggested that signage be placed somewhere to limit amount of time a towel can reserve the spot so that others can also enjoy the pool.

Just one thing that the pool guy was rude to guests and closed the pool at its peak hours 6.30 pm when the closing hour was 7 pm and behaved arrogantly and started to clean the pool when the guests were still inside

Hot water was not always available. Also, the toilet was not flushing. They changed the room for us and still the same problem. We ended up leaving the facility.

What stands out at this hotel is their staff. Before check-in, I was contacted by Deb, the concierge captain, who did his best to assist us throughout our stay. Breakfast at the restaurant also has many options, and the food was tasty. The location was good as well, and taxis were available outside the hotel at all times. I wished the room had better soundproofing. Noises from the hallway were not filtered.

There was a variety of food choices and many international choices. Coffee process was long because each cup was made individually and took much time.

It was an asthetic property with beautiful views and Mayra’s service to us was really good.

The main area for improvement was the room. We had booked a king-size room for three people, but we were unable to use the balcony due to mosquitoes. The bathroom had very limited hooks, making it inconvenient to dry towels and clothes, and there was no luggage rack, so we had to keep our bags on the floor. Although the bathroom was clean, there were some stains and a leakage issue that caused water accumulation near the commode. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and adding simple amenities like a small clothes stand and luggage rack would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I stayed at for 2 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the stay. The hotel offers great amenities, a relaxing ambiance, and is conveniently located for exploring Goa. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay

Things are good. As per the expectation. Pool is good, food is good. Near to beach. Happening area. Parking is present. But you have to wait 10 to 15 mins to get your car as main parking is far away. That is readlly disappointing. For me its a big issue as I dont want to give my personal car to someone to park. Also, few got to park near hotel. That is a discrepancy between same ppl staying in same hotel and paying same. Few gets to park near hotel, few needs to wait 15 mins. Thats not fair !! Big turnout.

All the staff was very helpful, and Debarata made sure to give us a great view, good room, and a pleasant stay.
