Flower Bud Bungalow Balangan

Cute bungalows. Mini fridge. Tea kettle. Nice outdoor shower! Hot Water. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Spa there if needed. The special meal Saturday of grilled fish was tasty. AC was either too cold or shut off so I didn’t sleep well. Bed a bit stiff. Thin walls could hear neighbors conversations. Too much smoking and partying at the restaurant. Hot water ran out mid first shower.

Really enjoyed the meals they offered at the villas. Very good and great quality. The villa was very nice and clean. The grounds was very clean and well maintained. The location was a bit out of the way, but close to the beach. But not bad location, it was a safe location.

Walking distance to Balangan beach. Spacious, clean, comfortable room.

The accommodation is located in a very nice area, it's close to the beach and had enough restaurant options in the area to have food. Balangan is a bit remote, away from all the happenings in Bali, which I personally really enjoy. However, you can take a motorbike(taxi) to get around. Furthermore, the staff is also super friendly, they are always there to support you. I really liked the place, so I kept on extending my stay. I hope to come back some day again. The bathroom is outside, which is very nice experience. However, if you use the bathroom during the night, you might encounter some insects. And some rooms are facing an area with construction, so you might hear some noises. But overall, still an amazing experience!

Great location - The staff here was nothing but welcoming. The masseuse has hands of gold. The free breakfast fruit was always great. It had no air conditioning but they had a fan and once the daily rain cooled down the earth everything was perfectly comfortable Not to be a bother but the photo of my room DID have an air conditioning system in it. Again not mad, it added to the Bali experience for sure and honestly ever since we left I’ve noticed Bali has awfully dirty AC units that cause sinus infections so it was actually a good thing we didn’t get one. But the false advertising was a little cheeky

- The hotel is pretty, very eco style with many palms and trees. - The mattress was comfortable. - The staff was friendly. - Breakfast prices on booking.com are not updated, on booking was written the breakfast costs 65K ruphias but then in the hotel they charges bettween 80-95K per breakfast. - Despite the location was nice (nearby balanga beach), the roads to get the hotel are very narrow, no well-illuminated, so it can feel dangerous to get the hotel especially during the evenings.

I loved the location, its literally minutes from the beach. The pool was lovely to swim in and most of the time quite quiet too. There was building construction going on so it was very loud, it woke me up most mornings.

The breakfasts were excellent, although not included in the room rate — something to keep in mind. There’s a nice pool, a well-kept garden, live music one evening, and Balangan Beach is not far. We booked a two-story bungalow, so we slept on both the ground floor and the upper floor. NB: The bungalows do not have glass windows, so mosquito nets are essential. Also, if you're uncomfortable with geckos, frogs, or other small creatures, you might want to think twice before booking. But honestly, we really liked it and would have happily stayed longer.

We loved the bungalow and the open air toilet, the perfume of the room when we arrived, the availability of the staff and the cleanliness. In the pool area, mattresses were not very clean, and a few plugs in the room didn't work.
