Best staff in France.. all are supper nice and professional and helpful especially Akram… the room is very clean and nice.. everything u need is there.. spotless experience,, all that with a reasonable price per night?? I highly recommend..?????? Nothing

The courtyard/patio is very nice (especially for central Cannes, where there are few such yards), especially in the evenings. The rooftop terrace looks great but you can't really use it in the summer time. It's only open during daytime, and there's no shade, so it's way too hot. And the jacuzzi looks good, but being a hot-tub at 37 degrees, you can't really bathe. Probably perfect in the autumn/winter/spring, but def. not in the summer. The location is not perfect, you have to walk 15 min to get to the main places (beach or restaurants/bars).

Nice room, with all amenities like slippers, coffee machine, even iron etc.,. quiet room (looking over patio) which is important for cities. Comfortable bed. The stuff is nice, allowed late check in. Location is close to shopping street. Good if the beach is not your main destination .

They upgraded our room to executive room for unable to find original reserved room. That was a great gesture of offering outstanding customer service. Breakfast timings. They could start a little early as there are flights and movie screenings scheduled early in the Morning.

Great hotel located near the train station and beach/seafront/main attractions, but in a side street, which is very quiet. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. The hotel has a nice patio. The price to quality ratio is one of the best in Cannes.

Very good location with short walk to the seaside and also the train station. Room was perfect with soundproofing, clean, coffee machine, kettle and king size bed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of cheese, hot and cold options, fruits, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing that we didn’t like.

We come to Cannes almost every summer and we always stay the Patio des artistes. Location is great close to rue d’antibes and la Croisette. Super easy to park. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The lobby is too small, one time the keys weren’t working in the hotel and the main door was locked and they need to fix it

Good breakfast. Quiet room. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Shower was a bit old with a small protective glass on the bathtub. The bathroom was easily flooded
