Nice location, parking at hotel Old hotel, rooms need renovation, breakfast was so so.

Loved the balcony and it a lovely shopping district. Short walk to the ocean. Restaurants closed at 7:00pm in our area.

Excellent location, clean, quiet room, staff was lovely! Could have used an extra towel.

The hotel has parking on site which is quite convenient and rare in Cannes. Even though the hotel is in the center of Cannes, it is quite far from main dining streets and from the du Midi beach. We did not enjoy the breakfast, all dinnerware (plates, water glasses and coffee cups) are very small, like half-size, so you have to constantly go for a water refill. They are quickly running out of buffet food and it was slow to be replenished.

Close to everywhere and staff was amazing. They were very accommodating. Amazing breakfast. They changed my room to a better room no questions asked. Can be more modernized.

The staff , especially Anastasia who was simply lovely , kind , helpful and treat us really the best ??? Also the hotel is a boutique hotel with a cute and pretty much large rooms occupied with everything you need The breakfast was ok but not many options

The view of the room was wonderful with the lovely garden and neighboring greenery, palms and stone pines. I can only congratulate the staff as they are genuinely polite and considerate, always glad to help. To sum up we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we didn't find anything lacking and would highly recommend it.

Worst hotel where I stayed! No iron, very bed old hairdryer, no minibar, no coffee machine, no water in the room. Everything is extremely old!!!

The location was good. And size of room is enough for comfortable staying. Service asked us to leave hotel as soon as possible, but we were awaiting to check in before. The breakfast is bad. No enough protein or good fats or any hot meal. Just some drink with desserts. Not enough any bathroom items. The room and hotel is old enough and not so clean as one wants. It’s not 4start to be honest

The staff is absolutely amazing and the location is fabulous. It's right in the centre of everything. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The highlight however is the incredibly helpful staff who make the whole stay wonderful. Thanks! Nothing

Only needed a hotel in my own for five nights - I could not have felt more cared for and spoilt by the staff.

The hotel is in a nice area, on the main shopping street. It is quiet, close to the beach and a short walk from the train station too. The staff were really kind and breakfast was fresh. The furniture was a bit old style, but it did not bother me much.

Kind staff, location close to sea+city center The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Is not 4 stars in any case. The rooms are very old with dirty carper. Bathroom old without giving a clean sense. The breakfast us so basic without many options. So many things needs to be improved

It is very well located and offers all the services of a 4 stars hotel. The total outlook is a bit old and needs some modernisation works.
