Top tier hotel with an amazing crew that exceed all my expectations. Everyone was super helpful and made sure our honeymoon experience was special! Huge thanks to everyone involved in making our trip to Cannes so wonderful.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The decoration and the size of the room were very good. The rooms were clean. zce çevirisi: Housekeeping was very slow. Even when we returned to our room at 3:00 PM, we often found that it had not yet been cleaned. When the room was eventually cleaned, it was not restored to its original condition properly. We even noticed on some occasions that the towels had not been replaced. The reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. Their attitude often felt unwelcoming and lacked the level of hospitality one would expect.

The location and the size of the room was great. Also it is a well devorated property The houskeeping staff was not enough I guess The management needs improvement. The reception people eere not sempatjatic at all

Nice room and bathroom. Fantastic balcony. Super location. Had my birthday asked for upgrade but was not granted. Not a piece of chocolate for a birthday. Poor attitude for a hotel like this

Good location Fair price Spacious Rooms I came back to the hotel at 1 AM. the security was not there and the main door of the hotel was locked . There was no one as well at the reception to open the door . After waiting for 20 min, a hotel guest came and called someone she is sharing the room with to go down and wake up the hotel staff to open the door.

loved the bright clean contemporary feel. the bfast was amazing i wish the bfast was on the "rez de chaussee" / garden level. the current bfast room feels more like a meeting room...

The hotel's location is great, but the reception services are not good. They charged me twice. Do not book through Booking. It is better to book directly.

Location only The customer service here is below average. I previously stayed at MGallery Bodrum, which was far better. At this hotel, everything comes with a charge. I asked for extra coffee capsules, but they only provide two per day and refused my request for more. What kind of hotel operates like this? I've stayed in many hotels and even motels, and I've never been denied extra coffee capsules. Additionally, during the refill, they don’t include milk, so I have to keep asking for it. When I requested a small plate and forks, they told me there would be a charge for delivery, but I could get them myself downstairs for free. I've never experienced such poor service in a hotel before.

Location, great service and beautiful and great size rooms. Everything excellent

The hotel was very well-located and clean. We made the mistake of booking at this hotel in April when the heating was still on. Even though they say they have air-conditioning, I was told it was not available yet even though it was warm outside. Even with the heating off in the small room and the window wide open - it was so hot on the 5th floor that I couldn’t sleep. I would say it was unbearable and ruined my trip. When I spoke to the Manager, he was unhelpful, unsympathetic and frankly rude.

Excellent hotel- great staff, location and very clean and comfortable.
