Hotel Anna Livia

It had modern updated amenities of room & bathroom, it was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful & polite, its very close to the beach. The loud noises of music played at night starting from 10pm till 2am early morning because of the pub/bar under the hotel & because of which you always had to navigate through a huge crowd to get to the entrance of the hotel. The reception was not open 24 hours There is no elevator, so being on the 3rd floor was inconvenient. The triple occupancy room was very small.

This little gem is extremely well located only a couple of blocks from the beach, 8 min walk from the train station, and in the heart of the lively pedestrian area. It offered a great value for a very last-minute booking for a night, and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly. I have nothing negative to say about this property whatsoever.

Location very close to beach and shopping area. Very kind and friendly staff at reception. Hotel was very clean. Room at the backside of the hotel was very quiet.

The Location was good and close to the beach. The front desk lady was passive aggressive, on our 2nd day she asked "did you see the trash bin in your room" and followed that by "the maid is tired of picking up trash off the floor". I have never heard of hotel staff telling us to do the maids job for them and having the staff complain to us and tell us what to do. The hotel was also located across the street from alot of night clubs which made it hard to sleep at night.

Rooms were very comfortable though compact. Some members of the group did not have working air conditioning and one bathroom door did not stay closed while in use.

The hosts (Jennine and Chellie) were very friendly to us. They were fluent in English and willing to tolerate my poor French speaking. I loved the Italian restaurant Chellie told me :D The stay privided great cost-price value considering its location. The bathroom is open ended, showering often got the floors in the bathroom wet. Room is small but considering its location, still worth the price.

Hosts were so nice and accommodating! Walking distance to everything in town. I stayed there for Cannes Film Festival and was easy walking distance to all the theatres. Bars nearby were loud.

The room was very clean!! Shelly and Jeanine were incredibly nice and accommodating!! Stayed here for the Cannes Film Festival and it was a 6 minute walking distance from the theaters. Shelly had great restaurant recommendations for the area. They also set up a car for my arrival because I landed in Nice at midnight and was concerned about getting to the hotel that night. If I ever come back to Cannes I will definitely stay here!!!
