Hotel Le Florian

A hotel with a soul and a true French vibe! At first glance, the hotel seemed a bit gray, but I quickly realized it's a wonderful place with amazing people. The staff is fantastic — incredibly clean, our room was perfectly serviced every day right on time, and everyone goes out of their way to help you. Breakfast is a classic: a croissant, jam, butter, juice, and coffee. If that's not your thing, there are plenty of breakfast spots nearby opening from 8 AM. But the location is the absolute highlight - right in the center and so close to the beach. Highly recommended, we found zero downsides. And the price is excellent!

Absolutely nothing, the room was not even in the hotel it was in a separate building, the whole building reeked with cigarette small including the room and there's a restaurant in the street with extremely loud music until 2 am, you cannot absolutely sleep there. I sent a message on booking to reserve the breakfast I got no answer, so I thought I could do it in the desk at the hotel, but I couldn't. They say they have parking but they just send you to park on the public parking and give you a small discount. The location is exceptional. Its proximity to the Croisette, the cafes, restaurants and bars is wonderful. Staff is very warm and welcoming. We were given a studio instead of the room we booked, so we had extra space, which was lovely. Nothing.

Very noisy at night, since is “party street” full of bars, but for what you pay in the center of Cannes you can’t complain at all. However , consider that before booking if you have problems with that.

Great location, room was as expected Found used toilet paper by the bed, not possible to have room cleaned after 13:00, construction and loud.

While the location is very central, for light sleepers, the early-morning noise from nearby restaurant garbage collection can be quite disturbing.

Location. WiFi. Friendly staff. Fresh room. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Included small breakfast. The bathroom door was sliding open on its own. Also it could have been 2 cm wider on the left so there are no visible openings.

Modern and clean with an elevator

The property is located in the heart of Cannes. There’s a famous restaurant just underneath the apartments. Everything just a walking distance. The property was clean, it’s a basic apartment and with small kitchen which has all the necessary things if you wish to stay longer. We didn’t make a use of it as we were only for one night. Because of the restaurant underneath the apartments, there was a lot of noise coming at night which didn’t stop until past midnight. It’s a big restaurant which covers the whole entire street and have live music. Even with the shutters and windows closed it was very noisy. I probably will not stay here again just because of that reason.

The location was unbeatable, a little noisy from the restaurants below but a great experience. I stayed at studio apartment that was a bit outdated but comfortable.

The location was amazing and the staff too. Very secure location, next to all restaurants, cafes, boutiques and beach. Close to a market of fresh fruits, vegetables and beach clothes We had a terrace with amazing view It is in the middle of a party area, but I enjoyed the festivities

Excellent location. Very good rooms. Great breakfast which is optional. Outstanding and very helpful and welcoming management. Good lighting in room and plant of hot water. Nothing!

It was in the city centre and therefore you could walk everywhere. It was tired, with cracked mirrors and floor tiles. It needed to be refurbished and re decorated.

The room was clean, spacey, and well equipped. An excellent central location. Be careful with the location- It’s technically located 4th floor WITHOUT an elevator. In the USA standard, the ground floor is a first floor but not in Europe. The reception person said that it’s third floor but it was 4th, and also the room was located in the different building without clear instruction and a room number. It was extremely confusing to find the room.i couldn’t believe it. Also be careful with noise from restaurants below. Music from speakers was right on your bedrooms until 1 pm.
