Right in the middle of it all in Cannes, but not noisy at night. AC was fantastic! The room had everything we needed. The hotel team including the owner are amazing! We stayed there for 13 days and they upgraded our room to a room with the balcony for free, which was a huge bonus. It made our stay special - we felt as if we were locals. All the shopping, dining, supermarkets, pharmacies are downstairs of nearby. Beach is a 5 minute walk. From the balcony we could see the view of the local market every morning. Unforgettable experience. Some of the towels are bit old. The elevator is small but it’s very normal for Cannes and Paris. It was enough for one person to fit in with luggage.

Great location. It is close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was also no problem leaving luggage after check-out. Everything is a plus.

The staff was friendly. There was no variety for breakfast, especially when it came to choosing fruit and eggs. There were only bananas and boiled eggs.

The most important thing was the great hospitality and the host was very helpful, in the second day of my stay in Cannes my daughter was not feeling well and the personal managed to call doctor and all the time checking if all was fine with us. We had great stay at this hotel excellent service and atmosphere, the rooms and hotel are clean and simple. Location is fantastic basically in the heart of the city next to the main shopping street and few steps to the seaside and the Cannes festival building.There is small fruit super market, pharmacy and supermarket next to the hotel. Nothing

The staff was always friendly and are truly the only good thing we have to say about this hotel. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but not bad either. The location of this hotel is good, and very easy to access. The hotel itself is in bad shape. It does need intervention ASAP. The paint on the walls in the room is all coming off, the tile floor is all broken in the bathroom, the overrall conditions of the hotel was poor and bad. We were not expecting this from the pictures. The cleaning must be improved, the hotel needs a lot of redo. It is not cheap (almost 400€ / night) and we were expecting at least a standard hotel in terms of conditions, but it was not, it need urgent maintenance.
