This hotel is a little gem. It's located right off the rue D'Antibes/Cannes and is a two minute walk to the Croisette/beach-- both a public one and a private one. Walk out the door and shopping awaits--from Zara and Mango to cute French boutiques and higher end designer stores. Restaurants abound and just across the street is a sweet cafe where you can grab a delicious croissant and café crème for breakfast. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. Clarisse at the front desk is a sweetheart. They did everything they could do to make my four-night stay perfect! I highly recommend Hotel Mondial! Book a room with a balcony with a view of the Med if you can, but even the city-view rooms are lovely! Nothing

The location is just in the city center few minutes from the beach. Small business style hotel. No parking available, ypu need to use private parking which is 20-30 Eur per night. Also, our window was just opposite the Irish pub, so quite noisy at night. We stayed one noght, so it was manageable.

The service was exceptional and the staff were both super cheerful and super helpful! Nothing was a problem… The room was spotless and the Clarins toiletries were excellent. The room was just the right size and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the overhead shower head which worked very well along with the hand held. The water pressure and water temperature were great. The complimentary coffee and bottled water were very appreciated. However I would include some creamers in the fridge for the coffee. Only downside was a very loud pub across the road and woukd suggest providing ear plugs

We bought the room for the hot tub/bath with jets and they didn’t work. And there’s not a really convenient place to put the shower head for a shower, so it just falls off. And the WiFi went down.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Clarisse at the reception – she was extremely helpful, always smiling, and provided all the needed information about the hotel and the city. Also, Zakaria from Morocco was excellent and very professional. I booked a room with a balcony on the second floor – honestly, it was very special and added a unique touch to my stay. The hotel truly deserves its reputation. Its location is amazing, right on a shopping street with everything nearby. I highly recommend it to everyone

Location is perfect Floor is in wood material, so you hear everyone walking in the same floor while in your room, you can’t sleep

Fantastic location! Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep plus the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The room was spotless and spacious with a great view looking down the street to the sea. We also had two small balconies. The toilet was separate with no sink.

The view of Cannes city, beach and surrounding mountains from the Prestige Suite with Sea View room was amazing. Conveniently located near the train station and in the heart of the shopping district with many restaurants and super market. Walking distance to the beach and places of interest. Smart TV doesnt have internet connection hence we couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube from the comfort of the bed. There is a computer in the room which my kid wanted to watch YouTube but we couldn't turn on the volume as it was blocked by the administrator which prompted us for the password. Even the staffs we approached for help do not know the password to unlock the computer's volume setting.
