The staff was lovely.

The rooms were terrific on one of the rooms that we had was a little hot and apparently the temperature is tied to a overall heating/AC for the building at least that’s what we were told. See above.

Comfortable beds, helpful staff. The SPA was not available and I had no information about it while booking. Dissatisfied with that because I planned to have a spa relax. Also safety in rooms - the windows are on the sidewalk level and a bit claustrophobic, window can also be open from outside.

Quiet and nice hotel , located 10 minutes walk from boulevard de la croisette. Very nice breakfast , the room was cleaned daily bases . The stuff is very friendly and very helpful , always tried to help on any issue i have encountered even if it was not related to hotel services , always smiling and always available , great thanks , for me those the things that can make the differences . The parking could be an issue if you travel by car like me

Location and staff were great. Booking.com states the floors are parquet but in reality they are all carpeted which definitely need changing as they r very dirty. Changed 2 rooms and both had issues w water drainage in the bathtubs. A/C keeps on turning iff during the night

Cleanness The hotel did not have parking, they have just a couple of spots and always they said the parking is full, even though I have asked and they confirmed they book the parking… also the breakfast was not so good

Rooms were clean, especially suite category. Standart room is a bit amll, but it's a Europe, you should be ready for it. Breakfast was good too. Thay also provided robes and good cosmetic. I had two separate reservations with them, but one by one. First reservation was in suite category ( 6 days) and second was in the standart room. ( two last nights) . The receptionist was offering me to stay at the suite room for the whole stay when I just arrived. I've denied the first time, then I decided to stay later and accept the offer. All of a sudden they said that I have to pay for it. They never mentioned it when they were offering me that. I stayed for eight days, and that would be really nice from their side, just to let me stay the same room the last two days. I changed the room. They also made me check out at 11.30 and asked me to pay more if I want to stay longer inthe room, despite on the fact that I had reservation on the same day, but in different room types. I don't think it's fair. At the last reservation, instead of giving me two separate beds, they give me one bed and I supposed to wait once they finish to make it separate again, even if I mentioned it in the comments while I was booking it. Spa was also closed for a long time.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean. Good air conditioning. Spa was closed.

Bed was comfortable. Check-in took about one hour, person kept making mistakes with credit cards. TV wires were ripped from wall, no remote. Breakfast times were wrong and food was so so. Silverware wasn’t clean. Never was given keys. They had to let us in, but then we couldn’t leave.

- The hotel is in a very good condition - Spacious and comfortable room - High level of cleanliness - Helpful and pleasant staff. They event went out of their way to book us a spontaneous extra night in a sister hotel because they were full - Had a small issue in the end of the stay where they thought we took the bathrobes from the room. But it was quickly resolved when we told them there were none in the room to begin with

Excellent hotel , incredible staff

The window curtains were too short so we had street lights coming to the room during the night and sun light during the morning, making it harder to sleep. The air conditioner was not working and it was a bit hot inside the room. The hotel parking is not included.
