I was very disappointed with my experience. I booked an expensive premium room, but the room I was assigned faced the train tracks and was not what I expected. I arrived at 18:00 yet I was told to wait because my room was still not ready. The room I had booked was of poor quality, so I had no choice but to pay an additional €1,600 to upgrade to a better room. Considering that I spent over €12,000 on my stay, I expected much better service and accommodation. This experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel at this level.

Beach club and service Too expensive:)
-
The hotel is a bit old fashioned and a bit expensive. Fancy though
-
To be alone there))

Everything ?
-
The room and room service speed. Nothing to report
-
Perfect!
-
Ideal for a fancy stay in Cannes. Reasonable pricing outside the high season and event days Pricing, especially during expos, exhibitions and festivals. And high season
-
The style, the atmosphere, the room sizes, the staff Overpricing. From the room rates to the bar. But probably this is across Cannes.

The restaurant La Palme d' Or I would rate among the very top ones in the world. Thank You, Martinez !

Generally, it was a pleasant stay, however, I spent 2 days not eating my daily omelette. The orders either came very late (40-45mins) or it was the order for someone else. Secondly, it was my first time getting charged for sunbeds in the hotel I am staying at

Great Hotel at a great Location Nothing
-
Good location Near the beach Staff not frindley Parking not free 75 €per day !! Sunbed on the beach not free 55€per time !! Valets & parking in big miss Over price for the room
-
Even more shocking, staff phoned my younger daughter — who was sick in bed — and told her that her mother owed €4,000. This was another complete error, leaving her in tears and extremely distressed. No apology was ever given. Guest Relations, particularly Charlotte, showed zero professionalism, sympathy, or accountability. She was the worst hotel employee I have ever encountered, and offered no resolution for their repeated failures. Throughout my stay, I witnessed many other unsatisfied guests facing similar issues, which speaks volumes about how poorly this hotel is run.

The aisle of the room floors smels like toilet. The odour was terrible and such a hotel should have a nice scent. Also the customer profile was not that our type, they were loud, rude and we could’nt have a nice service even at the beach. All in all the hotel definitely does not worth the price.
-
Nothing Very upset because I spent a lot of time trying to convince your staff to change date of reservation. Though, there was no option to cancel with extra charges and Booking.com sent you an email confirming their agreement to wave their charges to allow for charges.

The property was clean. The check in and check out was very easy. The breakfast was very good too Very well organized.

The location only The hotel felt unpersonal. Train station for people in and out so service was terrible. Towels were dirty. Woken up at 2am by room service delivering to wrong room. Handed evian bottles by room service thinking free and they were placed by bedsides unknowing they are chargeable. The tin water bottles none of us could even open! Attitude of waiters.
