It’s really accessible and easy to get to the beach and the trains I really enjoy the clearness of the room. Also the staff are really helpful. I did enjoy their breakfast too.

no heating in the bathroom, it could be cold during the night and morning (We stay in February)

Good location good place

Breakfast was fine. Location was great, quiet, with lovely garden and no street noise. Walkable to train station and promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful with local information. The shower. It’s in a bathtub with no enclosure or curtain at all so the room gets very wet. The placement of the shower head to the wall is awkward and makes spray worse. It is very slippery and there is nothing to grasp to get in and out of the tub. We asked for a rubber mat and one was provided. It’s still difficult to use safely.

Staff was great!

The location was amazing. The paid parking is next to the hotel. The garden at the entrance of the hotel really makes it special. The room was nice and comfortable. We would prefer it if the room had a mini fridge-most 3 star hotels usually have them, but the stuff still helped us.

Great value for the centre of Cannes. Clean, such a comfortable bed, good sized room - very happy! Nothing to dislike!

Location I booked 2 economy rooms but the rooms given to us where NOWHERE near a 3 star hotel room. They were pitiful. Dirty carpets, dirty and peeling wallpaper, old shower floor, dirty curtains that I avoided touching at all costs. I was severely disappointed. It is nowhere near the value of what was paid. We were told that the rooms were being refurbished but we did not receive one of those. The room we received should not be given to anyone, ever.

No mini fridge in the room, but the stuff offered to keep stuff in their fridge for us.

The property was very secure and quiet. It’s so lovely and tucked away from the noise of the town. The layout is lovely and cozy. Our room was exceptionally beautiful! Our patio was so large and private. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The only downside of the room was the absence of a mini fridge. It would have been nice to keep our drinks and snacks cold during the summer heat. Otherwise, everything was perfect! :)

Only location is good. What refers to the room, it was uncomfortable, dirty, awful, dark . The furniture was worn out, the pillows were firm. The lift was out of fashion. Nothing

The room was scuffed and shabby - needs a coat of paint.

the position the room is actually a sort of studio on the ground floor, shower with tent like in a campsite, for €200 a night it is not possible to offer such old and basic rooms

I like the location. The hotel is cosy I consider too high the cost of breakfast, both the buffet and the quick brekfast
