What I liked most about the hotel was the great value for money, the friendly restaurant staff, and the excellent cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. The location was also very convenient, with the city center only a 15-minute walk away. What I didn’t like was the reception staff, who were not very friendly and always asked for extra payment, even for early check-in and late check-out despite my loyalty status. The WiFi was very slow, and mobile coverage in the hotel was also poor.

Location They have elevator issue, power went off for 20 minutes in my room, staff very unfriendly checking in but when checking out they are very nice I guess to get a good review and finally the laundry is not good at all, towels are not clean as they don’t smell they have been washed properly! Anyhow I won’t book Novotel again totally disappointed

It was a good price. Our group reserved 3 rooms. The safe did not work in any of our rooms.

Everything was terrible the bed sheets were dirty and blankets as well sofa bed had stains old rusty rooms only one elevator for the whole hotel you should wait and you take your own luggage to the room with the small elevator no towels for the bathrooms no extra blankets so dusty no ironing table ac was hot I don’t recommend

It’s smelly, unhygienic hotel .. there were flies in the breakfast area and in the food being served to the customers. Staff is highly obnoxious and unfriendly

It was close to the Cannes center, quiet area The reception at night were rude. I asked for a blanket so that my friend could sleep on the floor, they refused and said ‘you need to book a different room’ and pay more. My room was for 2 persons and it has a queen size bed and we both were registered as guests. This was very short sighted behavior from the reception
