staff was nice parking so small the enter and exist is very bad + the lifts they put a card sweeper for safety to use it but it does not work anyone can use it

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view from balcony. Pool area great with plenty of shade and I love to have grass round the pool not concrete. Can’t walk into Cannes. Noise from the road. Restaurant menu for adults very restrictive and you can’t walk to other restaurants. Charged €16 for an omelette for my 6yr old for dinner - there is no child menu.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and bus stop outside the front door that brings you straight into town or else a nice long walk along the beachfront. We much preferred this area to the overpriced part of Cannes. Nice local cafés and services nearby. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection except not enough fresh fruit and we wanted more choice of eggs (boiled would have been nice) and not just scrambled.

The sea view was very appreciated! The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Being charged for parking is definitely not appreciable.

Close to public beach , close to Buss station for city center, large rooms Excellent Staff vey kind and very helpful Location for city you need Buss

We really enjoyed our stay, we ate every night of our stay, great menú, delicious burratta by the way, beautiful views from the room and the dining room, staff was exceptionally nice, Naz, Sabrina and Hamsi. Great location. Parking requires a guide, a manual a translator and a college degree, but all parkings in Europe are similar, not in detriment to overall experience.

The pictures on booking do not represent the reality of the hotel and the name neither. We paid for an Executive Double Room with Sea View and while the price was not at all worth it (way too expensive for what it was), the only good thing was the sea view. The location of the hotel was also nice cause you could reach the beach in 5 minutes walking. This hotel should be a 3 stars. The swimming pool looks amazing in the pictures while in reality it needs a full reconstruction of the pavement which also looks quite dirty, therefore we didn't use it. The tennis field also needs some works, there are indeed holes. We paid for an Executive Double Room with Sea View and not at all worth the money. The room was very small, so small that the main door was going against the toilet door while opening to enter the room. The door was also so small that we struggled to enter our luggages in the room. Cleaning was also quite basic and in some cases not sufficient for a 4 stars, for example the glasses we used were just rinsed (and not very well rinsed)... The private parking was fine even if small but a pity that the card was not working to open the garage and we had to ring every time we wanted to enter and go out. It was also not that secure since anyone could ring and enter. Breakfast was also quite disappointing. The first day the pancakes were dry and surely not made that morning. In a 4 stars hotel we were expecting many more options and the name of the hotel has nothing to do with luxury. If it was a 3 stars and we didn't pay that much it would be fair but in this case not worth it.

The room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the food from the restaurant was amazing.
-
There is no water in the room, the swimming pool is not clean, the location is very far from the center and from all what we need, the price is very high

The hotel is very close to the midi beach and has a great swimming pool that is not very busy. We were able to enjoy swimming with our 2 year old. Our room had a garden view, a balcony and we could also see the sea. The cleaning staff is very friendly but you have to ask for cleaning because unless you ask they do it every other day. The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from city center. The bus station is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel but due to traffic even riding the bus it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to city center. The breakfast is great but very small changes are made to the menu is was about the same for our 5 days stay.

Parking option was good despite the petite area. 1- Entrance of hotel is not safe by car, the side door should be operational. 2- Our room was 515 which shouldn't be sold as, 'with sea view'. Because hotel is attached to another building which is not part of hotel and all the corner rooms have the same problem. 3- The wooden deck in the balcony was damaged and it was dangerous. 4. The window was not closing properly. 5. Pool is for children due to its depht not suitable for adults.

5 mins walk to a sandy beach and hotel provided beach towels. Staff was accommodating and attentive. Room was spacious, we got one with a balcony/ocean view. The restaurant at the hotel: food was a bit disappointing as my husband felt a bit sick after the salmon pasta. Steak and burgers were good!

Interesting location close to popular beaches Carpeting looks old in room . Pool flaky bottom . Would prefer room without carpet .

It was a refurbished Holiday Inn, the room doors so small with bathroom door right behind it was difficult getting in/out. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Pool bottom was peeling paint and lounge area very small/congested. Not close enough to walk to town. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights but had to check out from one room after one night. Hotel refused to comp us for the +$300 night, but then we saw they had rented it out to someone else, basically getting double payment for the room!. That is just unethical and fleecing behavior. We didn’t get housekeeping after the first day either, coming back 6:30pm it was too late. It is overpriced for what it is (atleast in July) and we would not come back to this hotel, and would not recommend it to others either.

Abit far from the center

I liked the tall tanned skin bartender he made really good iced coffee I didn’t like that I found an old fruit in the cabinet Once I checked in and honestly, I had to clean it by myself, and when I mention it to the reception, they did nothing which was quite shocking.

Location Noisy

Overall, everything was nice and neat.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to go to the beach. At the same time, the bus stop was also in the front of the hotel. The check-in was disappointing. They gave us check-in at 3:15 pm because the rooms were not ready. When we reached the room they gave the keys, the cleaning was in progress so we had to go back to reception and tell them that cleaning was in progress. They switched the room again. The room entrance gate is so small that it's difficult to enter with luggage. You can't enter the room with luggage at your side. With such an expensive hotel, I expected the breakfast to be super awesome but it didn't meet the expectations.

Forgot a piece of my favourite clothes and they didn’t want to find the way to return it. “They didn’t find anything”.
