I love the unique design and convenience of the location the beach is only 10mins away on foot. Staff is very kind and has cute little helpers! ? They will nag you for your estimated arrival time due to their staffing issues.

location was good shower curtains is still a thing in this hotel (nothing can be more gross than this), toilette was in a separate room but extremely small the rooms are small and pictures are misleading

Our bed was great, staff was friendly and spoke English, the AC was functioning very well, shower was good with steady water pressure and temperature. The "complimentary" breakfast is a joke. It is literally 1 croissant, 1 cup of coffee, and 1 cup of orange juice. Zero nutrition, zero protein. Had I been informed about what breakfast looks like at the moment of booking, I would have chosen a different hotel with adequate continental breakfast or an AirBnB to cook myself. Another thing that really disappointed me were dirty towels, partly with brown streaks on them. I'd throw them on the floor and would get another set with strains from room service every day. Disturbing.

Comfortable, clean, central to everything. Good air conditioning, friendly staff. Very accommodating staff. Themed rooms were a great touch. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely adored our stay at this hotel, Valerie and Pascal are very attentive also they run a very tight business. The location was amazing you literally stay at the coeur of Cannes also a 5 minute walking distance to the beach. The staff were amazing all of our request were met and also the staff was very attentive and amazing. You may find everything in the room and also 10/10 for the cleanliness.

Very well located in Cannes, 5 min walk to Palace of Congress and Festivals, La Croisette and restaurants area. Friendly staff, willing to assist on any topic and 3 min to a public parking. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors. Some of them threw a party one night, couldn’t really sleep much…?

Room was small, dark colors. The balcony is closed by wall, you cannot see the sky from the room (for real!!)

The location was excelent, walking diatance to all points of interest. The staff was very helpful with all information requested about the city A more diversified breakfast would have been appreciated.
