The location, super friendly and helpful staff

It was a good place comparing with the price that I have paid. It is pretty good located and receptionist are super nice. They have allowed us to make an earlier check in without an extra payment. I would recommend this place

There were no coffee in the room?

The hotel was very old and worn. The stairs, the carpet st the corridor and etc was dirty. The room was ok but not at an 8 score review.

There was only a handheld shower head and shampoo/conditioner were not provided.

It’s perfect location (3 min walking to main railway station, 5 min to the beach and main hall of Cannes film festival ceremony), very nice and attentive personal (the highest estimation) Some renovation of room could be still good, and not acceptable for pets owner (unfortunately)

The staff and the facilities to enter to the hotel with a code in case they weren’t in the reception. Unfortunately, me and my work colleagues didn’t like a lot of things. I don’t like to do bad reviews, especially since the staff were really nice, but the quality of the hotel is really poor for the price. I can say that the sheets and towels were clean, and the public spaces as well, but the room is not deep cleaned, the fans in the bathroom are black of dirt, the water doesn’t go away easily in the sink… There was a dead bug in the coffee mug in the breakfast room and my colleague got bitten by a bed bug during her stay. I understand that the place doesn’t have to be pretty but it should be at least perfectly clean. The cleaning crew did not shake out the blankets. They were full of dust when I came back from work. I’m really sorry but I wouldn’t stay here again. I stayed for 5 nights and it was too much. I feel sorry for this review as the manager was really nice, but this place needs an investment in the facilities and better deep clean.

Location was great. Walking distance to the station and all the shops. It was really clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. I recommend this property.

The room was extremely small and on the dirty side, especially the bathroom. There are no overhead lights and the bedside lights kept flickering. Found a dead bug in the room.

ideal location for getting around the shopping and restaurant facilities as well as a short hop to the beach and essentially for us close to the railway station. clean comfortable a good breakfast everything you need for a good nights sleep and to start the day with friendly hosts
