Location: right in the center and with two supermarkets within 200m (in case you need it). Easy to get to from the station. Bathroom facilities would need some renovation.

Great front desk team. Excellent location close to both the train station and the beach. Room was as expected. Air-conditioning very welcome in the heat of summer.

The room was slightly small, and the noise insulation is not perfect, which can be annoying if people are talking in the relatively busy street nearby.

Was here for the Cannes Film Festival, great location. Small room compared to other places I stayed at in the area, no hot water for the shower

Most of all you notice the kindness and the professionalism of the Managers - owners. Also the hotel is located exactly in the heart of Cannes and it is very convenient if you like to stay in the center of the town.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had unusual circumstances, such as arriving a day late and losing my room key, and they were very responsive and courteous. I felt the place was safe, clean, and efficiently run. I was working for business. I was in a solo room on the second floor. The desk was just metal leaning against a wall and it collapsed. The side nightstand was a piece of metal nailed into the wall sloped at such an angle that everything except the remote control fell off, so I had to keep my phone and kindle on the floor because I didn't want them to break. The wi-fi went in and out in the room, and I had to work in the lobby instead.

Excellent location, a clean charming room, great WiFi, friendly owners, coffee/tea was available at the foyer, toiletries provided. What else does need at a great price I payed in October. Nothing really. My room faced the back - somewhat dark well-like, so it was pretty quiet, except for some little noise from doves leaving there. Be aware that there is no space to leave your luggage (if big) after checkout.
