The price was afofrdable for the location, and the room was clean. The elevator is very small, only one person barely fits, no chance to carry the luggage to the 4th floor. The stairs are also very narrow. The AC had a very weird smell so we could not use it.

Location is perfect. Can the reception staff was very helpful and kind the cleanest of the hotel was also perfect. I will come back with my partner next time. The elevator was so tiny, even for one person, not that enough

Really top located, 5 min from the train station and 5 min to Croisette, very clean, small room, but absolutely sufficient, as I was just for sleeping there! Sabrina at Rezeption is a very kind person! Really a top place to be and very recommendable!

very central and efficient choice in terms of quality and price. Staff was happy and very helpful. Cleaning staff was very nice and always accommodating. rooms are a bit small and some like mine have side windows on the rear part of the building with few natural light coming in.

Warm welcome. Excellent location between station and sea. Nice shower room. Lots of good late opening restaurants near (we arrived at 10pm). Room quite small for two people. Extractor fans outside noisy during night.

They had elevator. Offered breakfast buffet. Great location. Kind front desk receptionist. Room was too small but still enough. Next time I will book a bigger room. No kettle.

The room was quite big & it had a small enclosed balcony. Bathroom spotless & very good shower. Both were cleaned daily & towels replaced. Continental breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to the beach & train station. All the staff were very helpful, especially Sabrina. Nothing to dislike about the hotel or location.

Location is excellent, near of la croisette abd festival palace. Very small rooms. A room for 2 persons is less than 12 sq m. One person will face the wall while sleeping. If you are two, the one should take permission of the partner while walking in the room. Lift is enough for only one person. If you are two then pay attention not to be incrusted in the elevator… You Shouldn’t have back pain or else … woe!! Mattresses are old. No refrigerator in the room. I paid the price of a room of 3 stars but had the quality of 1 star room

The staff at the reception and the location of the hotel. The room is too small, there is no kettle, fridge, etc. The air conditioner did not work very well.
