Location is very good. There’s nothing that we didn’t like.

Location and price. Two minutes from train station. Clean room. Healthy continental breakfast , Nothing that affected the stay.

I’d like to share my experience of staying at this hotel from December 22 to December 31. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with one bed for 9 nights and didn’t regret my choice. Initially, before traveling to Cannes, I had considered this hotel, but the mixed reviews made me hesitant. At the last minute, I booked different apartments that turned out to be impossible to stay in and didn’t quite match the description. Once in Cannes, I urgently had to look for another option. On Booking, I saw that there were available rooms at Hôtel P.L.M. on 3 Rue Hoche. Since I no longer trusted anyone, I first booked the room for just one night, but I ended up staying until the end of my trip. The understanding and friendly hotel manager, Ygal, also contributed to my decision to stay. I’d read about certain issues mentioned by other guests, but I’d like to comment specifically on my room. The room was cleaned daily. Every day I received fresh towels, clean bed linen, and all necessary amenities. The room had AC with heating, a double bed, TV, wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chair and a small table, as well as a shower with toilet. I’d also like to mention the thick blackout curtains and the different lighting options, which were very convenient. Hot water was available in the room 24/7. A hairdryer, bar soap, shower gel, and tissues were all provided. I’m sharing my photos of the room and shower. The staff were polite and considerate. I was completely satisfied. Some guests may expect more, but this is a 2-star hotel, and for a 2-star property, I believe it’s absolutely good. The hotel also offers breakfast: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, muesli, baguettes and croissants, butter, juice, tea, and coffee. I didn’t purchase breakfast, but I was able to use the coffee machine in the common area 24/7 and have hot tea anytime. There is also a mini fridge, microwave, and a water cooler with chilled water available in the common area. I honestly can’t mention a single downside. The hotel is located on a lively street, but at night it was calm and comfortable (perhaps because it was late December). Much has already been written about the location - it’s simply excellent: 1-2 minutes on foot to the central train and bus station, 2-3 minutes to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 3 minutes to the seafront, 5 minutes to the city center (Ctre ville), 5-7 minutes to the port, 10 minutes to the historic hilltop district (Le Suquet). There are many cafés and bakeries nearby, as well as Lviv Croissants, Bodrum Food, Monoprix supermarket, and more. I purchased the Pass SudAzur Explore and traveled daily by regional trains around Alpes-Maritimes, so the hotel’s location was perfect for me. Thanks to Ygal and the rest of the staff for making my stay calm and comfortable. I only regret not booking Hôtel P.L.M. in Cannes from the very beginning.

The reception was excellent — very friendly and helpful staff. The hall looked great and had a nice atmosphere. The room was a bit old and could use some renovation.

The location

Very close to train station and Palais des Festivals exhibition centre. Small friendly hotel. Restaurants and cafes round the corner. Good value. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner , but not a problem.

I came straight from the train station and the front desk was very quick to get me checked in. I ate something that didn't sit well on the train from Italy and none of the wc at the station were open, so I truly appreciate how fast it was and letting me use the wc quickly. The room was great. It took me a little bit to figure out the TV as it was unplugged. When I tried to plug it in, it didn't fit right. Finally I figured out the plug pushed much further in. Not sure if it's a safety function, but it worked. I slept great and was ready to go in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and very flexible. Very cozy place to stay. Inadequate power points in the room.

IT'S GOOD FOR ONE NIGHT, NO MORE... THE ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS (DOORS) NEED TO BE REFURBISHED. THE BUILDING IS VERY OLD. THE LOCATION IS IDEAL, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH.

Worth for the price and the location is very close to the station
