The location is absolutely perfect. It allows for a quick stroll through the center of Cannes, the boulevard, the red carpet, the beaches, and the many shops and restaurants. The entirety of the city is perfectly accessible by foot from here! Compared to other places, I believe this hotel provides an excellent value for money, location-wise. The room temperature was okay, even in the sweltering heat when I was there, thanks to the serviceable air-conditioning. There are no breakfast options available (since this is basically an entrance hallway with only multiple levels of hotel rooms), but if you get outside you will find many shops and establishments to serve you in that regard. Parking can be a bit confusing. I chose to park at Parking Cannes Saint-Nicolas (Parking fees apply), which is to the north side of the Cannes railway station. This meant walking ~300 meters with all luggage - a bit uncomfortable with many stairs. It's very nice that an elevator is present to get to your upstairs room with all your luggage, but it is very small, so be prepared to squeeze in. The entrance is behind a coded door. Of course, I didn't know it since I still needed to check in. I thought I was lucky since two other guests entered, I quickly tried to get the attention of the lady but she was only able to look offended and wouldn't let me in. Very rude. Luckily a staff member appeared rather quickly and was able to let me in and professionally help me with the check-in.

The shower didn't adjust the water heater to cold..it was so hard ...and the flow of the water splash

Lovely staff whenever I saw them, nice clean room that was serviced every day, air conditioning that worked well. Quiet despite being on a relatively busy street. Good location which meant I could go back and forth to my room for a quick change when necessary during the Cannes Lions Festival. It's a very basic hotel. No fridge, no kettle, no hairdryer, patchy wifi which you had to keep on signing back into, 2 plug sockets only which were nowhere near the desk or the bedside table. Shower gel and soap were the only toiletries provided. Iron was available when I asked but no ironing board. No matter how careful I was it was impossible to shower without leaving a big pool of water on the bathroom floor but there was no bath mat supplied so each time I had to mop it up with one of the bath towels. This may be expected for a budget hotel but I didn't pay budget prices as the price was massively hiked up during Cannes Lions week. At more than 600 Euros per night, this should have been much better.

It is a perfect location right across from the train station. I stayed during the film festival and this street was so much quieter compared to some others. Fantastic water pressure and quick hot water. The bed was comfy and I had a balcony. The room is a bit small, but I didn’t go the Cannes to hang out in the room. Tadj, the manger, is absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. The building is old, but that’s not the building’s fault.

Location, Cleanliness and friendly staff. Small elevator.

We booked here because of the location to train station. Room was small, but clean and reasonably comfortable. They accommodated our arrival easily. Communication was great. Bed a bit hard, but clean and comfortable. Very tiny room, but all we needed.

Really great location, close to train station. Had everything needed for a work stay, comfy beds, secure and close to venue for work. Nice and quiet and a good nights sleep.

Location

Great location in downtown area close to everything , beach, cafes, restaurants, harbor. The room had a college dorm feeling, but we spent very little time indoor during the day, so it was ok :)
-
And you walk 5 min to the opposite side and you’re at la croisette

Lovely small hotel next to the Palais and Croisette, easy communication, smaller but still nice spaced rooms, very efficient for business trips, thank you for the hotel hospitality and easy check-in and out, the whole stay was really fine :)

Always friendly and helpful staff, responded quickly to requests when you needed something. A nice room with a comfortable bed. Very near to the Station. Holiday too short. Only things, which are not the fault of the hotel. ?
