OKKO Hotels Cannes Centre

Air conditioner was not strong enough so the room was hot and I could not get a good night’s sleep.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were amazing! The location is PERFECT! Right next to Starbucks, MANY restaurants and shops within walking distance, close to the train station, and close to an exchange office. Rooms are small and the bathroom is cute but everyone can see what you are doing inside!

Lack of flexibility from management. Every time I asked for something as a customer, they said you booked through booking so go talk to them

It's not hot but would have wanted cooler A/C in my room. The breakfast is expensive for what's available.

Convenience to train station and buses. The staff was exceptionally friendly which was absolutely the best part. It was safe and very clean. The snacks and beverages were very limited and not sufficiently replenished during the day.

Room size, layout and furniture

Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms are tiny and beds are small but can do one night stay. Location is great close to everything in the city and have a very convenient parking lot. Corridors and facilities are not that clean

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a little small, were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. It is located in a busy area (next to the train station) and very convenient. Google Map app on my phone kept directing me to the main road behind the hotel. I tried Google Map on my computer later and it directed to the correct entrance. Don't know why.

Breakfast is awesome, very rich and healthy, fresh every day. The canteen has access to a roomy balcony overlooking the city, tables and umbrellas included. Initially, we got a spacious room, but the blinds were broken. A staff member called us on the room phone and asked us if we were satisfied with the choice, which was not the case, so they promptly changed our room - to one on the photos, with wooden slats covering the bathroom. Yes it's less roomy and the slats seem controversial, but it was actually pretty nice. Water fountain is located next to the elevator. Glasses can be found in the room as well as coffee maker. Mattress is extremely comfortable. Those who like to take a shower in rain mode will enjoy this bathroom: the water flow is strong. No deposit required, but we were asked for credit card number to be charged in case of any damage in the room. Proximity to the train station could also be a downside of the location, due to suspicious people nearby - but it seems unavoidable in this area of Cannes. The hotel has iron gates that are closed at night (press the button to exit, don't know how to enter - ask staff member).

We didn't not have breakfast, but they said we can use restaurant for coffee and tea. Breakfast table is very small and we get some chicken and bread, they charged us for breakfast

No iron in the room we have to go out my room to iron

The location was extremely convenient for all our traveler plans. The drain in the shower didn’t work properly.

The location and the staff It’s old, reception staff is nice but the facility is disappointing.. very expensive if we talk value of money! Reception was empty on the check out that we had to leave and they deducted from our card afterwards!

The room had a moldy smell
