The hotel looks and is very tired. There is no tourist information available at check in. Little information is volunteered. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

It was clean, beds were comfortable. The outdoors and decor was very cute, main hall was cute and pink and aesthetic. Cleaning staff was nice, reception staff was a little cold however. For what it’s worth breakfast should be free and bike rentals should have been free. There was not enough lighting in the room, and no plug in the bathroom. The location was deceiving I thought it was closer to the city.

I receive a message that they are going to relocate me. They send mi to a residence with a much lower category, the price was one third of what i have paid. It was dirty with noun on the walls. I had to find myslef another place (that took me 5 min) with a similar standard and a similar price. THey just wanted to make more money on my reservation. Be carefull with them. Do not trust.

I've spent over 300 euros a night and I've been sent to another location, far, dirty, with a bag of junk food instead of breakfast, that was priced on booking 1/3 of the price I paid. I spoke with the manager who rudely told me to contact booking, and with booking who told me they couldn't help. this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with hotels. I feel robbed and mocked. dirty, far, from anything, completely different from what I paid, awful breakfast. one of the worst place I've ever stayed. personelle was rude and non emphatic. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this place.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the private patio/ garden is nice, especially when staying with dogs. The 'superior room' is like a standard room in any hotel, the rooms are very basic and needs maintenance. The silicon from the bath tub/ shower is coming away and when you shower the water leaks over the floor. There is like one plug socket in the whole apartment. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel. They state a buffet style breakfast, this consists of a couple of slices of cheese and ham, cereal, bread, tinned fruit and croissants. No hot food. I read reviews saying a rich breakfast? I do not know who wrote these reviews but it is far from rich, it is not worth 15euro per person a day. Better to save your money and have breakfast in a cafe near by. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant as the bad breakfast set expectations. It also says 3.3 miles from the centre. It is over 7km walk but there are some restaurants and cafes near by. I would not stay here again and do not recommend.
