It wasn't clean enough. The garbage in the bathroom was full. We had to change the room. The standard room too small no place to put the luggage.
-
Nothing Felt like a prison, small unventilated, worn, dirty, I left after 15 minutes felt unsafe

Comforting Not easy to find

It was good for an overnight stay and the value for money. Had I known how far the hotel was from the main town, I wouldn’t have booked it, as the extra cost and time spent on local transport made it inconvenient, especially with a short stay.

We had a nicely sized room, coffee maker in the room, clean linens, all pretty good. The internet was off for the evening we have arrived, and the staff told us it would only be fixed in the morning, when we will leave. We were not offered any alternatives or fixes for the lacking internet service. Because of that we were really stranded, and even more than that, we only had 1 key card for 2 people, and the elevator is used with key card only, so we couldn't move freely. It was unpleasant. The hotel should really have some backup plan in such situations, or implement fixes asap, instead of "tomorrow". If you have Internet listed as your service, if you don't have it - you didn't deliver.

My room (124) was very big, everything was very clean, including the bathroom. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were charming and kind, the staff at breakfast were very kind. Breakfast was indeed somewhat basic but the value for money is excellent

The lobby looks good. By no international standard can these “2-person rooms” be considered standard in size. They are uncomfortably small — so much so that it’s impossible to open two suitcases and move around at the same time. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the actual space. Unless you’re backpacking with no or minimal luggage, this hotel is not suitable. Despite the low occupancy during our stay in October, the staff and management were inflexible and unaccommodating. The room had only one small stool to place luggage. When we requested an additional chair, we were told to “go grab one from the patio.” After bringing the issue of room size, up to the front desk and getting a dismissal feedback from the old lady, I had no choice but to write this and a Google review. Only then, the manager showed up to our room abruptly and asked, “What is the problem?” I explained that the room was far too small. He simply replied “Ok” and left…no offer to assist, no room change, no solution, even though several rooms were clearly vacant in the middle of October. When I followed up with Booking.com, I was told the hotel claimed they would have offered a different room if we had reached out. This is a lie in broad daylight; we made multiple attempts to communicate our concerns. The hotel’s lack of honesty and empathy was deeply disappointing. I highly recommend you to stay elsewhere and don't get fooled by the photos. The location is also incredibly noisy from the nearby streets, making it difficult to keep the window open at night.

This is a nice hotel close to the airport. Room was nice but it was small.

It’s my fifth time on the same hotel always was good. Very clean, safe place for the car and near to everything. The staff for me is disrespectful when you work in the hotel and the guests they speak to you in English and they reply back to you in French. The lady in reception make me feel very uncomfortable.

Easy parking, very clean ( although small) rooms. Quiet and very comfortable bed ! The breakfast was quite good, above average. Staff helpful Room was a bit small but adequate for one or two nights.

The bus station is right at the front of the hotel, and the food of the restaurant close by are supper. good. The smell of the room are not good, maybe because sewage system has problems, so you hav to keep the bathroom door close.
