This small B&B (only 2 rooms) is fantastic. I had the room with the balcony and while cozy, it had everything. The owners have thought of every little detail... from robes to 4 kinds of coffee. It was definitely the best breakfast I had in France. Cedric and Lala are excellent hosts and go out of their way to make you feel at home. While not in the center of the city, there is a bus stop 2 blocks away and the center is only 10 minutes away. This is not a negative, just something to be aware of: The bathrooms are private (not shared) but they are not directly attached to the rooms. However, they have all the amenities, and more.

Secure private parking on the property.. host was wonderful.. provided lots of details of the area and transport options into downtown Cannes. Room was decent size and bathroom was clean, roomy and stylish.. good roomy shower.. common room with balcony where continental breakfast is served by the host.. good fresh selection of fruit, meat, cheeses, fruit juice etc.. 5 minute walk to the Main Street where lots of food choices can be found - takeout or dine in.. I ate at an Italian restaurant run by a guy from Naples - great pizzas! There’s a large supermarket at the end of the street.. you can walk to the local beach in 10 minutes.. busses to downtown Cannes run every 10 minutes and fare is €1.70 each way (Nov 2014).. journey takes 15 minutes so it is great value.. there are parking garages downtown which offer free parking for two hours.. I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights stay and recommend the place.. Nothing

So friendly & informative from start to finish. Secure parking for my car a bonus and that breakfast (AWESOME!). Amazingly clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything, it was great. I would have liked a private bathroom but I had no issues with the communal bathroom. The bathroom itself was lovely.

The host was very kind! We could have checked in earlier than noted. The breakfast was extraordinary with the opportunity to take the rest for the way. Even water, beach umbrellas and beach towels were available and for free. We would come back again! The city center of cannes is not in walking distance. But we knew this when booking and a bus is available.

Nice host, who gives clear instructions, speaks both english and french. Morning coffee in the balcony. I loved the fact that there was a coffee machin and i could make a coffee as much as i wanted :) A bit far from center but close bus stop to get there and night buses as well so not a problem

Very comfortable bed & room. Great breakfast, lots of healthy options. Nearby bus stop for easy trip to town. Lovely host. 2 individual guest rooms in the apartment- and our private secure bathroom outside our bedroom, in hall - I ‘met’ one of the other guests on the way out from my shower ?, not perfect, but would stay again!

Cannes City B&B is a great place to spend holidays. Eric is a fantastic and extremely helpful host. Everything is very nice and clean and breakfast is just amazing.

The small B&B went above and beyond our expectations. Room extremely comfortable and clean. Eric is very helpful. He sent us 2 videos to help us do the check-in Breakfast is amazing!!! The attached private bathroom (2 steps outside of the bedroom) is pristine clean and has everything you need and even more. Very convenient private parking. RECOMMENDED!!! Nothing! Absolutely nothing!

Eric is a fantastic, kind, welcoming and very well organized host. His establishment is neat and clean with all a guest could ask for. The breakfast provided was exceptionally fresh and delightful. For the price and quality there is nothing we didn’t like.

The loveliest, cleanest, well equipped room! Loved the balcony and attention to detail . Eric was kind and a true host! The breakfast was set up beautifully. Was my best introduction to Cannes at this place. Its a bit far out like to get back at late hours and due to heavy rush season, taxis were few and far between. So plan your return journey better than I did to take the night bus back. Would have been perfect to have the bathroom en-suite but It didn’t matter later since the area was private to me.
