Perfect location and beautiful room

We saw some reviews stating no front desk staff, it's not a hotel! The Manager/Owner is always available though if needed for recommendations or anything you may need. Private parking across the street is a big PLUS! Our stay was great, and we would most definitely come back again. The room is comfortable and private.

I had such a wonderful stay at Maison Carla Rosa! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease—the property is very secure with a gated entrance, which gave me great peace of mind. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The pool is stunning and such a highlight—it really feels like a private oasis. What made the experience even more special was the staff; they were so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I can’t recommend Maison Carla Rosa highly enough. It’s the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality in France!

The property was stunning and immaculately clean. The room was furnished beautifully and the kitchenette was outfitted with brand new appliances that were an added bonus. The pool area was spectacular and felt like a private home. The team at Maison Carla Rossa were wonderful!

We loved our stay at Maison Carla Rosa, it was a highlight of visiting Cannes! We were able to check in early and were greeted with a lovely fruit and drink platter. The room was huge, and we enjoyed the balcony area and pool daily. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cannes!

The Maison Carla Rosa in Cannes was a wonderful and lovely location for my family of 4. We had a two bedroom suite with a private garden that was absolutely beautiful. The rental was modern and decor matched the southern France style with all the extra luxuries that are seen in a luxury spa environment. The pool was wonderful and the neighboring guests matched our happiness to be in Cannes. We walked to the beach everyday. It was so very close! Alain and his staff were wonderful hosts with the extra attention that made us feel special and welcome. I would give 11/10 if I could. Nothing at all.

The owner is very pleasant and always ready to answer any question. There is a parking lot nearby.

Loved both our room and the pool area. The outdoor seating on our balcony was amazing. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and champagne which was a nice touch. It is very loud between the bedroom and the entry. You can hear people walking in the hallway and coming and going. Their is little sound proofing.

Rooms very clean. Beautiful linen and products provided in bathroom. Complimentary fruit and water and wine upon arrival lovely. The styling of the property has been well thought out. The property is about a 2 min walk to a supermarket, butcher and bakery which is so handy to have a few things in the apartment. The pool was very clean. 10/10 Nothing

Everything about Masion Carla Rosa was exquisite. From the location to the cleanliness, the decor to the staff’s attention to detail, it was a wonderful property to stay in and we can’t wait to come back. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
