Nicely organized, clean, great location, responsive to questions. Can’t think of any.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the cathedral—restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops are just steps away. We stayed in Room 001. The space is small but sufficient for our family of two adults and two kids. The room was clean and well equipped with kitchenware, although we didn’t end up using it. The only downside was a slight sewage smell. It wasn’t too bad, but something to be aware of, especially during the wet season. Also, if you’re visiting during Holy Week, I recommend traveling with backpacks only or staying outside the old town, as it gets extremely crowded and taxi access is restricted. Also be prepared as the it is pretty noisy during evenings of the Holy Week.

The location was excellent steps to the giralda and cathedral I was staying in the bottom floor so my window was next to the walkway so I head people at all hours but I got use to it

Very comfortable bed. Nice apartment, appliances and furniture in great condition. Nice bathroom. Nice rooftop. Our room was a little dark, even during the day.

Location was amazing, very sort walk to the Cathedral and all other main attractions. Loads of restaurants nearby Door code access worked really well. Free use of storage lockers, even late on the last day. Good fridge and coffee machine. Large shower and comfy bed Apartment is starting to look a little bit tired. Paintwork in black has many scuffs and chips, sofa is a bit tired looking. Bedside lights would not work, but after contacting hosts through booking.com was sorted quickly.

Great location, a few steps from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, many restaurants nearby. Easy check-in and check-out, luggage storage, nice rooftop terrace, pods for the washing mashine. We had water, coffee for the Nespresso machine and tea, heating/AC and hot water. Nice historical building and very polite staff. We booked the “ large one bedroom apartment with sofa bed-ground floor” and received apartment no.1. It looks completely different from the pictures on the website. When the sofa is turned into a bed, there’s not enough space in the livingroom, less than half a meter to pass from one room to another, “sliding” near the table. At first there was no mirror in the bathroom and no cabinet under the sink, but they got us a mirror after we asked them to. The walls need some repairs and new paint. The staff was nice and very polite, the comunication with them was excelent, they understood all of our problems, but couldn’t solve anything except for the mirror. We had very different expectations, based on the pictures on booking.com. Ironically, when you turn the TV on, the starting image is a picture of the nice apartment you thought you’ll get when you made the booking…

Property was in a good location in the center of old town and had a rooftop pool. We were booked for the Numa Alegra apartment, another Numa property about 10 minutes walk away which has a bit more charm and character. But upon arrival, the code given to us to access the property would not work. After messaging to 2 different numa staff we were moved to the Numa Molina property and were told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, however its been a week since we checked out and no one has returned our inquiries regarding this matter . In fact, they’ve twice now put us on hold and then just hang up! As far as the property itself, it is clean and nice inside, (although quite sterile inside, not much color or character) and the roof top pool is nice but there were 2 roaches in our specific apartment. As to the layout of the apartments all the windows had a foggy film applied for privacy- so although no-one could look In we also couldn’t look out which felt claustrophobic.

Excellent location; very clean; nice surprises such as first aid kit in common area, laundry with pods… Bathroom a bit small; table in living space makes living room small; street noise( but it’s just the way how the cute little town works)

The staff was always quickly responsive to all questions. Sonia who cleaned is SO wonderful. Instructions for check in and check out were chrystal clear If we had to do it over again we'd choose a queen or king bed. Stairs leading up to the laundry are cracked. Would have been easier to use the washer/dryer if there was translation instructions for English speakers :)
