Clean Easy arriving Very close to the border CH/Italy

The location was good for my event. The rooms tend to get a bit stuffy, so I had to open the window for some fresh air. However, the noise from the restaurant guests, hovering in front of the exit until the early morning hours, did not allow me to sleep until past 01:00. There were ants and a spider in the two rooms that I used on this occasion. While the ants were removed during my absence, it is not something that one can expect upon arrival and speaks to the lack of thorough cleaning. A friend of mine in another room noticed the same issue at the other end of the hallway. While having tiles on the floors is easier to maintain and clean, the hallways echo any activity and disturb the guests in the room. A child running in the hallway and his father calling him/her was extremely loud. Having a carpeted hallway would help dampen the noise. While I was trying to sleep, the TV turned on by itself at midnight precisely, with some emergency information. I could also hear guests in other rooms seemingly moving furniture until the early morning hours, which was also very disruptive. Carpeting in the rooms would also help with dampening the noise and providing a more comfortable stay.

Okay hotel but you get what you paid for. It was a humid day but I couldn't get the air-conditioning to work. Opening a window was also bad because the hotel is next to a big road and people smoked just outside of my window. Parking is very narrow and people come and go at all hours. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is alright but could go with an upholstering. Breakfast is varied but not everything works (toaster didn't go on, scrambled eggs were cold at 730) Gym is diverse for a hotel, but next to an amusement room so can be full of loud children

Great place to spend a relaxing time. I highly recommend massage and beauty treatments! Just amazing and extremely relaxing! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast and good food in the hotel restaurant. Hotel room was spacious with a large terrace. It takes about 15 minutes car ride to get to Varese. I can highly recommend this place
