Nothing Everything

This hotel was awful this is my first time requesting a refund for a hotel and the fact that they denied it is crazy. Water all over the room *puddles* no wifi no cable no elevator and then smelled bad

Hotel is "closed" for business. Zero furniture in lobby. No cable (TV viewing), No Wi-fi, Second floor for employees only, Third and Fourth floor was accommodated by squatters with dogs and smoking rooms. Elevators did not function, so all animals and luggage had to carried up flights of stairs. Third floor room ceilings leak water in multiple places, including on headboard and pillow. Squatters were using economy Barbeque pit outside back door. Police made several arrests.

Location was good They did not honor my reservation. Said there was a water leak and could not accommodate me. They said they would give a full refund which has not happened yet.

Absolutely nothing it was complete trash. It would be easier to tell you what I did like which was absolutely nothing. Their was lots of water damage. They said the pool and hot tub was emptied because someone positioned them. The elevators didnt work. Had to pay with cash. Their was no tv no wifi no breakfast no coffee or coffee filters the whole place smelled like Ramen noodles cooked in dog pee, there were a lot of aggressive dogs there. Ive been sober for almost 4 years and it made me think I was back at the trap. Literally please shut this place down they are scamming everyone. Reminds me of a place drug dealers go to sell their drugs... worst place ive ever stayed at. We were supposed to stay another night and couldn't we had to go somewhere else it was sooo bad. Plus they charged me 140 for 2 nights and it wasn't even worth that I wouldnt of paid 20 dollars to stay there. Worst experience ever!!!

There was no cable or wifi. I had to pay cash because they were not able to use my card. Having to use an ATM and getting a service fee was not fair to me. It was also not communicated to us that they were under construction and didn’t have any of the amenities for us. Also, our key cards were deactivated after our first night when we were staying two nights. The sink in our room also was spitting out water when you used it. There was no hand soap or hygiene products in the bathroom either. I will never book another stay at this hotel again. If I had it my way I would ask for a full refund because our experience was terrible.

Tried to check in around 11pm on Friday. Was told at the front desk that there was water damage in the room and that they couldn't accommodate me. I ended up having to drive back hom

We came to town to attend a funeral and chose to stay here because they advertised having an elevator (a necessity as I'm recovering from a broken femur) and a buffet breakfast. They did not disclose they were renovating. Although we were put in a clean, mostly renovated room, it was on the 3rd floor - elevator also being renovated - no hot water - no remote or even service to operate TV manually. The "buffet breakfast" was a couple toasters on a table, a pitcher of juice, milk, and cereal. EXTREMELY disappointing! I understand hotels need to update on occasion but they really should pull off hotels.com and other media forms of selling rooms without disclosing they are under renovation if unable to provide the amenities they offer. We could not even choose to go elsewhere (when given the option of 3rd or 4th floor with no working elevator) as our booking only gave the option of prepay with no refund. We were stuck. I'm not usually one to complain but being in customer service myself, this was the furthered from good customer service one could get. (Did I mention the "desk clerk" seemed shocked when we actually asked for a room as she handed me a piece of paper to register myself...guess we now understand her surprise!)

Hotel was closed for renovations drove in from Maryland for the reservation to be cancelled

Nothing

I got the room for my two 67yr parents for a week they stayed 2 days before the ride staff threw them out and wouldn't even let them pack their things. There was no hot water, not tv, no Internet, no pool, no breakfast even though it was on the web site. I will be taking them to court. Never stay there it's waste of space.

Bad
-
Showed up first our reservation & told us they had no rooms due to flooding. Still waiting in the reimbursement.
-
We never got to stay in our room, when we got there to check in, we was told the plumbing was bad, which i don't believe, we sleep in the car, & I'm really looking for my refund
-
There was a water main break, so no one could check me in. After a forty five minutes, they finally took me to a room and gave me the key for it. When I came back later that evening, they had already given that room to someone else and put me in a different room that wasn't clean so the person who put me in that room cleaned it before I could get in. Then each night I came back , I had to go back downstairs to get the key recoded so that I can get into my room. The elevators weren't working. So I had to lug my stuff up each night, and had to lug it back down each time , I had to go back to the front desk to get my key recoded. I am not a healthy person.I do have health issues and this was a big problem for me , because I thought it was gonna have a heart attack.

DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE!!!! When we arrived at Ashbourne (at 12:30 am after traveling almost 6 hours), we were informed that they were recently under new ownership and no longer had any rooms available (even though we had ours booked a week in advance). They also informed us that they wouldn’t give a refund, and there wasn’t anything they could do in order to help us find a new place to stay. No communication was had prior to us arriving regarding their rooms no longer being available.
