large rooms, super warm pool & the best breakfast ive came across

First room they sent us to had not been cleaned. The 2nd room had a musty smell from the air conditioner. The bed was clean and the shower was hot. Definitely not worth the price. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Outdoor space should be enhanced. Accommodations and indoor spaces were clean, comfortable and attractive. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel is dramatically outdated. Nothing is up to modern standards. While our room wasn’t dirty, it was not a nice room. All vending machines were out of order, paint is chipped, the carpet is threadbare. The hallways smell of marijuana & cigarettes. The parking lot is not well lit. If all you need is a roof over your head, this will do it. However, it is overpriced for the quality of the experience.

Room was okay we found dirt like housekeeping didn’t do a great job vacuuming. Breakfast was okay waffles were good. Pool was okay my son enjoyed it. Jacuzzi was closed with boards on top. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was excellent!

Worst hotel I have been to in years. Entrance to the hotel had bricks falling from it overgrow grass. Lobby was non existent and hadnt been cleaned in forever. Hotel room has stains in the walls ceiling and carpet. Hotel staff never came to service the room once. Hotel pool was dirty and broken. Just overall awful do not stay here no matter how low the cost.

The pictures are deceptive. This hotel is run down. The room I stayed in the bathroom ceiling was a hole and in the room the cei ceiling had water damage and the room itself just was not very good

Do not stay here. My room looks like it may have been a former crime scene. It is very dirty. (I'm hoping this was nail polish). Also, these are not my glasses.

Room was great. We loved the divider wall idea between queen beds for a little privace. Breakfast was good. Night Manager not at all friendly.

Disappointing

Room was very dirty, seemed like it wasn’t cleaned before we checked in at all. There was a few old dried up noodles in the microwave and it was also dirty. The bathroom was very dirty and small and smelled like mold. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while, and not to mention there was small pieces of trash, like a straw wrapper, and cracker crumbs behind the couch. There was a small dead bug in one of the beds as well. The room was also way too hot when we first entered. The worst part was there was an empty McDonald’s fries container on the floor next to the bed. That is just awful and clearly the cleaning staff of this hotel do not do their job whatsoever. This room looked like it had not been cleaned or attended to in months. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Thank God we only had to stay one night, because I would never use that filthy shower. The only good thing about this hotel room was the fact that it was roomy and not a small space. The pictures on this hotel’s website are completely misleading and make it look like a 5 star hotel when in reality it is a 1 star hotel that isn’t work over $100. Absolute ripoff and $200 down the drain. Not to mention the entirety of the hotel like the lobby, hallways, stairwells, and dining area were also not kept up well and also filthy and gross and smelled awful. Never stay here.

Was really disappointed with this choice. The pictures made it look modern and up to date. The pool had carpeting and only 6 plastic lounge chairs. The hot tub was covered with plywood and unusable. There we unattended minors kicking a soccer ball around against the windows and wall, playing with the rescue equipment and running in and out the doors. The second night drinks and glass bottle of some liquid were left unattended in the area, very little pool towels available to use. The paint was faded or peeling all around the pool area. The hallway smelled of drug use and curry. The breakfast was minimal options of choice. Check in had one person working the front desk with a line out the door. Once in room there was no linen for the pull out sofa, the bathroom toliet and shower were so small couldn't shut the door all the way or open it all the way as it hit the curtain rod of the shower. There was broken glass and pot holes all over the parking lot.

The beds were not the best. The bathroom was terribly small and the bathtub was dangerous in that the bottom of the tub as unstable. Both my husband and I could have fallen very easily. I would not stay here again.

Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally assisted me. Although my reservation and charges had already been handled through Expedia, I was told I would need to pay an additional $100 fee to cover potential damages, such as smoking in the room. Since this is a non-smoking hotel and I am a non-smoker, I questioned the charge. After some discussion, they eventually waived it and told me not to smoke in the room. Unfortunately, when I entered my room, it was immediately obvious that smoking had taken place there. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and had permeated everything. In addition to the smoke odor, the room smelled damp, moldy, and mildewed. The condition of the room was also poor. There was peeling paint, patched holes in the walls, and numerous signs of neglect and deferred maintenance. Because I was attending a conference and did not have time to search for another hotel, I made the best of the situation. I inspected the bed carefully and did not find any signs of bed bugs.
