Red Roof Inn Canton

Room was filthy, I tried to clean it with no luck had to stay the first night did your time we arrived? Did not stay the second night due to filthiness of room. Would like a refund on my second night.

Location was great, any type of restaurant or shop you could want was very close within walking distance. Room had a horrible smell of cigarette and weed smoke. We asked to be changed to a different room however the smell was just as bad with the added bonus of the deadbolt or internal security lock not working as it appeared the door had been kicked in at some point. Terrible natural light as if you wanted to open the curtains people could see straight into your room. Unfortunately for us timing was not ideal as there was several things on in Canton so this was the highest rated accommodation available to book.

Not clean

Easy to find and locate. Wasn’t crowded I always had a parking spot close to my room. Little things like the shower curtain in room 224 wasn’t clean. No microwave or refrigerator. But other than that the room was great for the price I paid.

I had a good enough stay. It is a Red Roof Inn, the accommodations were adequate for the type of property it is. Got a night of sleep and a hot shower and moved along. Property is positioned well with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking

The beds, staff, and location. It was near the mall so you could walk to it along with the restaurants. Please work on renovations. The carpet needs to be pulled up. It smells like stink feet. The floors are dirty.

All of the Staff was very professional and helpful. 👏

It was close to everything The room smelled like wet dog. It was very humid in the room and the mattress was about 20 yrs old with huge digits in it. To pay $1100 for something that should have been $500 was ridiculous. House keeping never asked one time if we needed anything at all.

The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting, as was the entire property. I checked out a day early because of the deplorable conditions, and the only reason I stayed the first night was that all other hotel properties were completely booked that evening. I would strongly recommend you remove this property from your listings.

Rooms were old, not well maintained, for my price of 335.00 for the night I was robbed. I should have known that Red Roof Inns are at the best marginal, but was hoping for the best. My bad,…..it is sad to always see greed is still alive and thriving in America. Ripped off, yes, my fault,,,,,find a better place to sleep.

Dead bugs in the room

Diane (Front Desk) was so helpful & friendly. The property was well kept, but needs some updating & deep cleaning.
