The hotel area is fabulous, that’s the main value add Not really 5 star material, the bedding the pillows the facilities of the hotel were all below 5star. Only the staff are 5 star material

The property is beautifully landscaped, creating the feeling of being immersed in a private garden. The atmosphere was both exclusive and tranquil, with friendly staff who added to the welcoming environment. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable soaking tub and an indoor-outdoor rain shower, which was a standout detail. Guests can choose from several pools, each offering a relaxing setting. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality selections. While the lunch smash burger was priced at €30, it was exceptionally flavorful and worth noting as a memorable dish. Areas for Improvement: It would be helpful to have a way to signal housekeeping when guests prefer not to be disturbed. Most hotels provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign or similar option, but we did not see one available here. During our second dinner, there were quite a few insects in the dining area. Unfortunately, my wife was bitten several times, which led to noticeable swelling and blistering. While it’s understandable that bugs are part of a tropical environment, additional measures to mitigate their presence around dining spaces would significantly improve the experience.

Everything was great! I rarely write any review for hotels but my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall service was amazing, food was excellent and service at the restaurants was michelin-level with amuse-bouche and petit four even we ordered a la carte; the property is beautiful with great facilities; breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels that we stayed at in Mallorca. We have been to more expensive hotels but this one truly stands out! Private beach isn’t maintained but we don’t like beaches anyway.

Excellent location, very quiet, access to the beach, great room, restaurant and hotel facilities - Dinner service a bit over the top; between pleta and its partner next door, they’re missing a more relaxed restaurant with conventional food offering - gym facilities not appropriate for hotel of this class - mobile network coverage largely non-existent but wifi is very good

Concierge staff didn’t have much of a helping spirit.
