The hotel is in a quieter area of the island which we were very happy with. It had one beach that locals nearby would visit or would service 2 hotels so it was quieter than the main beaches in places like Cala Millor. It was very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of choice. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and a clear description of the hotel and its facilities. The pool is a great temperature with floats and lilos available to use and the beach has 2 bars on the front where you can get great food. For a more vibrant area, Cala Ratjada is just 10-15 minutes drive away - another scenic beauty spot with plenty of restaraunt choices and bars. I was surprised the sun loungers at the pool were chargeable being as they belonged to the hotel. You can be reserve specific ones for the day but they're numbered on a laminated sheet at reception at not at the actual pool.

The water temperature fluctuated regularly in the shower.

Great location, right on a beautiful, sandy, clear-watered beach, which wasn't too crowded. The pool area is also really nice with plenty of sun beds (there is a reservation system, but if you don't need a sunbed for the whole day, you can always find some that are free) and also enough shade. The food had a lot of variety and was quickly being refilled even towards the end of the buffet. Good drinks selection in the all inclusive option, really liked the water stations all over the hotel to fill up your bottle instead of purchasing bottled water every time. Generally appreciated the emphasis on sustainability/eco-friendliness. The staff was very attentive and nice, we only had positive interactions. We had the panoramic sea view room and the views didn't disappoint:) Minor thing, but during our stay there was one night with music entertainment, unfortunately it was the same night, that the neighboring hotel as well as the beach bar right next to the hotel had a musical performance. This did result in "music chaos" and made the experience not so enjoyable.

The location is excellent — just steps away from a clean, quiet beach with clear water. The food was of good quality, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the beautiful garden area with tree shade, where you can reserve a sunbed for a symbolic fee — a great spot to relax. The nearby caves are worth a visit, also to get a great view of the beach from the hills, and there are several nice cafés and shops within walking distance. The hotel is located just over an hour’s drive from Palma Airport — something to keep in mind when planning your arrival. Service at the outdoor dining area could be more attentive; at times it took longer than expected to get the staff’s attention, even when the area wasn’t busy.

Breakfast was much better than the rest of the meals, I would return on B&B basis only. Beach was no more than a minute away. Views from balcony were great! As it was end of season, there were staffing issues. For example no restaurant manager. All meals were repetitive and very little variety, again this could be because it was end of season?

Great view of the beach our room smelled very bad whenever we put the air con on and the bathroom, it seemed like a common problem and they let us move rooms but not until the next day. The buffet food wasn’t nice

Friendly helpful staff with a lovely greeting on arrival. Our room was well furnished with a spectacular view. The bathroom was well appointed with lovely large soft towels. One very special thing was that the room has a glass carafe that you fill up with water at a water dispenser by the lift. Very clever and no plastic. The breakfast had an excellent choice covering all types. I had an omelette made for me by a charming chef. Delicious. Fresh fruit and yoghurt and a lovely bread selection. Great location on the beach but also a very clean and useable pool. If you fancy lunch on the beach there are two small cafe/restaurants also excellent. The town is quiet with only a couple of places to eat out but the hotel was excellent. The only criticism is that the coffee machine at breakfast dispensed rather unappealing coffee and the milk it dispensed was sweet. There was a cold unsweetened milk alternative though.

Great location - one of the best beaches you will find on Mallorca just in front of the hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff especially on reception. The room with the sea view was magnificent. In the rooms with the sea view you will hear the music from the bar below till late in the evening. Also air conditioning was not the best among three 4-star hotels that we have visited during our stay.

We loved everything about this hotel mostly the staff in general. With a gym the hotel would be perfect.

Had to pay for deckchairs at the poolside. Too crowded.

Very lovely, friendly staff. clear on answering all questions and helping where possible Great food and well looked after Great location and offering in the hotel and beach so close made for a wonderfully relaxing stay Hidden costs of tourist tax and to reserve loungers by the pool

clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure We chose this hotel because the photos we saw on booking from the balcony had an amazing view. The reality is that you only get that view if you stay in the upper floors. Our view was completely different from the pictures and we were disappointed by this. Other minuses are the breakfast , no parking , very loud live music until late in the night(I asked when I made the reservation for a quiet room and they gave us a room on the lower floors without even answering to my request and letting me know that it will be impossible to sleep), the receptionist didn’t speak English.

Excellent and tasty breakfast: many fresh local products and high food diversity, We appreciated the room and bathroom cleanness. Very poor air conditioning system: unfortunately, fresh air was mixed with kitchen exhausting odors.

Perfect location at the beach. Quiet resort. Very good restaurant, polite staff. Accessible parking in around. many families and/or couples placed at rooms next to each other (thus noise from balconies, next rooms etc.), while many other rooms at the same floor nor occupied.
