The room smelled when we first entered. It was like someone had used the bathroom and it hadn't aired. The smell never left. Next morning showered and the floor was discolored but didn't seem to be dirty except some leftover hairs. Not sure it had been cleaned. Other than that, the room was fine. Front desk, Michelle was delightful upon check in.

The room was clean and nice. The entire hotel was clean and had a new feeling to it. The gym was clean and equipment was in excellent condition. The staff were pleasant and helpful especially the lady who was at the breakfast area on monday August 10, 2026 (I can't remember her name).

Hampton Inn and Suites as a brand rarely disappoints and this location is no exception. It is an easy 15 minute drive into Palo Duro Canyon. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. Recommend!!

Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned, towels were never replenished, etc. We finally had to ask for more towels and a roll of toilet paper on our last night. There was also an overall bad smell in the hallway. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Hampton, as usual. It was quiet for the most part and the room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.
