The restaurant staff were super nice and resourceful. They made recommendations and even gave our kiddos a small gift for their birthday. The reception desk staff was inexperienced, unpleasant to speak with and on the last day, we had some difficulty receiving our car from where the hotel had parked it.

- The rooms were nice, clean, and had a fresh, new feel. - The breakfast provided by a nearby hotel was great. - The hotel offers good access to the sea. The car charger provided by nearby hotel (promoted by this hotel) was too expensive. The charging speed was disappointing; it was supposed to be 25 kW but only delivered 9.5 kW for 10eur per hour.

Location and breakfast. Lack of an elevator to carry the big luggage from ground floor to the lift by the reception which we had to use to get to our rooms. At least a ramp should be available to move the luggage up and down from reception. Parking should be included, not paid separately.

Only the breakfast and the location were okey, the rest was all terrible. The room was with insects also the pictures from booking of the room didn’t match the reality. The room was extremely small, there was no air. We couldn’t find a free sunbed by the pool, they were all the time full.

Having a pool and spa as part of the hotel. Staff was nice. We kept having to ask to supply toilet paper to our room.

The hotel is near the beach and the city center so the location is perfect. The parking place is cca 500 m from the hotel and the breakfast (that was really delicious) is on another hotel (very close), but that wasn’t problem for us.

It’s location. The bathroom was old and the furniture too.

Breakfast was great, staff was lovely, we felt welcome. I miss a place to dry swimsuits.
