I liked the kindness and helpfulness of the personnel, the location of the hotel and its cleanliness. The hotel is situated at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 15 minutes from the old town. Parking place offered in the "multipiano" car park situated at 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The size of the room was OK for 2 people. the double bed was OK too. The bathroom was good for a couple in holiday. The A/C worked well in the room, it wasn't noisy, however it was the hottest week of June. The breakfast was OK: ham, salami, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, tea, coffee, fruit juices, in summary it was normal continental breakfast. There were not too many variations of vegetables, only sliced tomatoes and cucumber. Nothing to complain about.

Very sweet owner and staff, amazing breakfast, clean rooms, loved the balcony view. We've been in Caorle many times and this, by far, has been the best location we've ever been in - you're right by both the beach and the town centre and a grocery store! A fridge in the room would have been great.

The location is good. The hotel is not really good for kids. No space for them to play. Rooms are rather noisy - either you hear the elevator or the air condition from outside. Each room comes with two beds and and umbrella at the beach, however, those are located in the very back so for a family again not ideal as the water is far away. Also worth mentioning: no umbrellas allowed in front of the first row. So you basically have to sit in the sun all the time with your kids. That has nothing to do with the hotel but this is a general rule of the beaches in the region.

Beautiful and comfortable. Nothing except it was hard to find a parking place near the hotel for the short time just for bringing in the luggage, but the free parking house was great and not too far.
