We were really nice suprised by the new equipment in the rooms - great air conditioning, phone chargers and liked the bright minimalistic furniture and comfortable bed. The personal on the reception and bar was lovely and helpfull too. Parking is not directly in the hotel, you have to walk several minutes but it is big and the watchman was really friendly :) we stoped with the car on the street for checking in and then out without problem There was only one minus for me - the breakfast was not included in price. But on the other side it was delicious :)

There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

The location cannot be beaten - close to the beach and to the old town. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were a good size and clean.

Fantastic location front of the beach and in the heart of the old town .. very nice people .. Wessal the receptionist is very kind person and so helpful same as the other staff. We liked everything and we will come back for sure. Very reasonable room with high quality, clean and comfortable.

We really loved the location. We love that we could walk out to the beach and have our own umbrella and chairs waiting for us. We love that we had a bicycle everyday that we wanted to ride. Very plentiful on those. There was a great breakfast buffet but we did not partake it just wasn't our kind of food. The location was perfect for visiting everything we wanted to see and do lots of shopping eating and drinking. All within walking distance. Parking the car was a bit far but not for us..it may be an inconvenience for those that don't like to walk or may be disabled. But the location was secured. We left our car for 3 days without incident. Beach seating location was right next to the beach bar which was also a big plus for us. Pillows were awful...ask for additional!! Everyplace we visited in Europe had awful pillows though. Lol...but I hate feathers! So that's your preference for sure? Enjoy this place!! So worth it! Oh...and a huge plus!...there was a clothes line on our deck! We were traveling for 3 weeks and gave us a chance to wash and go and dry! One disappointed...ALSO...they had a picture of a pool on Booking.com..which when we got there, was no longer available...we said something and the picture was taken down. So be sure to ask if you see one.

Location, staff and cleanliness. Nothing

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly. Good price. Close to the beach and the private part was good. The balcony was big enough and had a good view on the street. Parking was a little far. (About 500 meter) and in open area. But was safe.

Facilities- beach with fully equipped and dedicated place for each guest- sun shield and beach chairs. Possibility to rent free of charge bikes and have a tour around the Caorle. Highly recommend hotel to stay and enjoy time on the beach!!! -
