Molto disponibili! Bella anche la colazione inclusa al bar

Very well decorated, cute rooms! Located right on the road near the ruins! The hosts were so sweet and helpful! We also enjoyed visiting their restaurant for breakfast! There is nightlife right outside the door, if noise would bother you, bring earplugs or a noise machine. It wasn't super loud, we were just aware of it, but slept like babies!

Mostly everything! The A/C was leaking

Very close (in walking distance) to the archaeological site and museum. Easy to figure out entry to the property. Right next to very good restaurants. Quiet street at night. Only downsides were not being able to park closer to the hotel to drop off bags, the music in the bar below the room (though I didn’t really notice it much when I actually fell asleep), and some annoying flies that somehow got into the room.

Very convenient and close to the archaeological site. Our room was large and comfortable. It’s not a problem, but it’s a remote check-in, so you need to have Whats App to communicate with the owner, who is not on-site. The breakfast is at another location, down the street.

The air conditioning was not on. It was remote control but would not work. I had to ask them to turn it on. The next day when we left, there was a cleaning lady on the steps 10 minutes before checkout time prompting us to finish packing soon.

Beautiful apartment. Very well presented. Super communication from Philomena. There is a set of steep narrow steps to enter the apartment. Very comfortable bed. The shower had good pressure, but was very small. Philomena was extremely helpful - even let us leave our bags at the cafe while we went to the archaeological site.

We did pick the least expensive room, but it was on the attic level with very low ceiling and only one window that we could open. If we had ever had to get out of the room in an emergency and couldn't use the stairs, we would have been trapped. Maybe because we were off season, but we had to walk into town for our breakfast, which was pretty good.

Before/after a visit in Paestum (which I recommend), this room was perfect: lovely room in an old house, a jacuzzi, free parking, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Simply great and Filomena was super nice (even though didn't get to meet her)

The rooms were lovely and decorated to a very high spec. The location was perfect for visiting Paestum, we could not have been closer. There are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk and the service and quality of food at Bar Anna for breakfast was superb. I would have given Case Rubini a 5 star rating if it has not been for the noise (which I discovered seems to be a regular occurance). The loud music from the bar across the road went on until midnight/1am and then to make matters worse there must have been a party/rave nearby as there were lots of noisy young people walking by regularly until about 4 or 5am. Considering that Casa Rubini is in a very rural location, this was most unexpected. If you come here, do bring ear plugs!

Really nice room. Spacious and very clean. Very good position just a few minutes walk from sea front. Fresh coffee, juice croissant for breakfast down in bar below. Very comfortable bed. A lift. Easy check in and out. No kettle so no cup of tea at the beginning or the end of the day. Noisy at night. Upstairs from very busy bar. From Thursday to Sunday nights inclusive.

The room was very comfortable and large. The place was very pleasing, the towels were large and absorbent, the sheets and covers comfortable for the temperature, and the room temperature and air quality was good. I thought the renovation of the building was perfect blend of comfort without losing the authenic feel of the building. It was nice that we had a parking lot close to businesses so we felt our car was safe. The breakfast was at Bar Anna and the pastries were the best pastries we ate while in Italy. The location of the property is ideal for seeing the Greek/Roman ruins and the museum. There are several restaurants very close. Filomena, our contact, was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to the archeological park. The house is beautiful and the rooms are pleasant and comfortable, with all the amenities - boiler for making tea, a mini-bar, hair dryer, nice toiletries. The only unpleasant feature is the Tavernelle restaurant across the street, which is in fact a bar/club with extremely loud music from about 8:00 p.m. to very late at night.

Fantastic location for exploring Naples, the rooms, were furnished & decorated with an imaginative flair, nice bathrooms too. Breakfast was served in the roomand was very tasty. Great host. Lots of steps in the entrance of the building up to the lifts.

My contact Filomena was exceptionally helpful, and pleasant. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The property is a wonderful combination of old and new. Loved the jetted tub for two! The stairs to the room but that wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

Location was excellent within a short walk to the archaeological park with the Greek temples and plenty of places for drinks and dinner. The rooms are modern and very clean. We had some issues with the initial room but the staff was amazing in resolving our issues and accommodating. Highly recommend for a short stay to see the amazing ancient Greek temples.

    Superb

  • Engine customer Jun 2024

Convenient for restaurants and historic sites Owner very helpful, answered any queries quickly Noise from bars and restaurants might bother some but we didn’t have a problem

  • Engine customer Jun 2024

Close, cozy, jacuzzi, all the toiletry equipment were present. The room was a little smaller than I believed, but the deal breaker for me was the lack of vent in the bathroom. Given the absence of a ventilation system.
