Property was on a private street. The pool was nice. The rooms were outdated, including bathrooms. Breakfast was the same cake 3 days in a row.

Large choice for the breakfast menu. As the weather was lovely , you could eat outside. The pool area was clean and the staff attentive regarding towels and drinks and snacks I was slightly shocked at the charges for charging our electric car on site!!! Would recommend looking for alternatives to charging at the hotel, however convenient that is

Bit confusing entrance but that's probably more down to me haha. Really enjoyed our stay, can't really say anything bad about it. We were very comfortable Pool was closed but it also wasn't the right season so no complaints on that part.

Not a good location right off the main road but at least tucked away. The only plus side was the cat in the lobby Dirty, not up to the standards of a “4 star hotel” not nice at all, dingy

Check in and check out was easy. Not that much far from the city center, very nice and quite location. Breakfast was good. Internet connection was good. There were free parking spots in the hotel area which we parked easily. Nice entrance from the main road with both side trees.

Nice, clean. relatively quiet location in a small town. Close to Gimignano, Volterra, & Monteriggioni. Free parking, short walk to excellent local restaurant. Good breakfast! Manager and staff were nice and helpful! No evening meal (there during shoulder season). No elevator.
