The breakfast in the morning absolutely enough and freshly prepared.

Calm, clean, confortable, really nice host

We had a fantastic stay! The setting was beautiful, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The proprietor was incredibly welcoming and personally served us breakfast and coffee each morning, which made the experience feel extra special. The self-serve drinks (beer, water, soft drinks) on the honor system were a nice touch. Everything was cleaned daily, parking was easy, and we got great local recommendations. Highly recommend! Wi-fi was slightly spotty and unreliable at times.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Alloro! The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and absolutely delicious. Our child had the best time roaming freely around the property, which had donkeys, geese, chickens, and bunnies—it was like a little paradise for kids! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, truly treating us like family. We also enjoyed some excellent local wine during our stay. Everything about the place was peaceful and relaxing. It felt super safe and was a great escape from the busyness of city life. One of the coolest surprises was just 200 meters from the property—a 600-year-old tree that’s said to have inspired the tale of Pinocchio. Such a magical touch to an already unforgettable stay. We had no complaints and would love to come back!

The magic location in the forest and the friendly owner Wifi could be better, but if you want an escape from technology it is the perfect place

We arrived at B&B Alloro and were shown to a room that wasn't what was described online or what we had booked. It appeared to be a family room in the basement with a sliding door without a secure lock directly onto the main lobby and reception desk. The doors had been left open all day and the room was full of mosquitoes. The "private entrance and garden view" were out to a wasteland at the back of the property where old air conditioning units had been dumped. The room was also damp and dark. We asked to be moved elsewhere but the room that we had booked would not be available until the following day. We complained at the time to the manager who didn't see the problem in having a room without a securely locking door. In the end, we decided we couldn't stay in an insecure room and found alternative accommodation for the duration of our stay. I have complained formally via booking.com but the manager has rejected the complaint.

Lovely but loud music playing 7 or 8am to late in the evening Asked to stop the music but just shrugged off- literally Little to no sleep Woke up early and couldn’t sleep at night. Boyfriend was rude and only concerned with working out to the music Owner defended him. Not enjoyed Other guests wanted to move but had already booked a number of nights, one couple leaving early. Not the relaxing Tuscany holiday excepted unfortunately.

Lovely setting and environment

I absolutely loved this place. The rooms were big and spacious. That lady that owns it comes and makes your bed everyday and makes breakfast. It was the most beautiful property. It feels like a big family. I would recommend this highly. She is so attentive and kind. We wish we stayed longer.

Mosquito-nets in front of the windows would be nice so you can enjoy the fresh Toscany nights with the windows open.

This place was amazing, the host couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed it so much, would absolutely return. Clean, well kept, kind and friendly. Felt like home away from home.
