New Boutique hotel … The rooms are spacious … prepared special chief dinner on our first night, was amazing… lovely views Wish they had bathtub after long day of skiing …. Spa had no female staff

Breakfast was very good and room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location at the heart of Madonna. Facilities were new. Ski room very small and uncomfortale. Just one lift for 50 rooms is absurd (same lift for guests and cleaning staff). The staff at the reception was not friendly, not resourceful and not welcoming (except from one staff member) - very bureaucratic and cold (very different from room cleaning and restaurant).

Having to pay an extra 50 euros per day for a parking that isn't even a covered parking space. This should be included.
