Great location with good amenities including pool and bar. Somewhat pricey.

Our shower did not drain and made a loud nose when turned on. House keeper did not give us new toilet paper or soaps when they cleaned the room. The restaurant staff we extremely unfriendly. Pricing for for breakfast was outrageous.

Pool was great. Beach amenities were convenient. View of the dumpster for $1,000 a night was disappointing. Lack of response from management to our emails was even more so.

Rooms were clean and staff was super helpful. Our room has ocean view. We didn't try breakfast but heard it's great as well

The location was perfect and appreciated the added bonuses of beach chairs, umbrella and beach tags included Couldn’t use the soaker tub I paid for cuz of brown water with sediment out the faucet and for what I paid, a discount should’ve been at least offered.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. The property itself is a bit antiquated and for the price we paid, we thought the property would offer more. In any case, great location but note that if you get an ocean view room, the second floor will split the view of the pool, the main road, and the ocean. No gym on the property

In addition to the issues with the property, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager (Mike) over the phone. Rather than listening to my concerns and attempting to resolve the situation, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. The way my concerns were handled left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Good customer service can often make up for problems that arise during a stay, but in this case the manager’s attitude only made the experience worse. I hope management reviews how guest concerns are addressed and works to improve customer service going forward.

Everyone is so nice and helpful.The tiki bar is great. The food and drinks at the bar are very good and the staff is amazing. The pool is perfect. The beach chair service was great. I would prefer a later check out.
