the people, the gardens the beach, was totally useless with garbage from anchored ships in front of the hotel. too dirty to swim or even wade through water

We stayed at the large ocean villas , spacious with great privacy for those who are looking for it . Great views to nature and the ocean , high quality in the room , tv have Air play app which is very useful . Breakfast was very good and all international choices . Hotel has lots of halal options too . Moreover the hotel have a very secluded beach front private for the hotel guests only . No vibes in the hotel , feels always empty which is something I liked , but for some it could Be an issue - maybe because we visited in June .

An absolutely amazing experience - we booked the ocean view villa and it was 100% worth the money, the staff were so accommodating and even the small touches like complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge and mosquito sprays and umbrellas in the room (for surprise rainy days) was so thoughtful. We will definitely be returning! Nothing, it was perfect.

The staff was so accommodating and even after getting to the property very early due to our liveaboard canceling on us, they let us check in like 3 hours early! Every single need was not only met, they did it so fast like we were the only priority they had! The only thing we didn't really love was the left side view from our balcony during low tide. We were on the bay side so this wouldn't be a problem if you book the ocean side.

View and staff The experience did not match a 5-star standard. I booked an ocean pool villa, but it was not clean—there was dust and an unpleasant smell. Although the villa was changed, the condition was not significantly better. There was a lizard in the villa. I understand this can happen due to the surrounding nature, but I’ve stayed in other 5-star villas in similar environments and never experienced this. Also, when I opened a tissue, I found mosquito wings inside. These tow situations reflect poor cleanliness standards. The breakfast selection was very limited and below what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly. The price was very high compared to what was actually offered. Overall, the property feels outdated and in need of renovation. More attention to CLEANLINESS and maintenance is clearly required.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this resort. I did not feel comfortable at all due to the large number of insects inside the villa, including mosquitoes and flies, which was unacceptable. This does not match the high price paid. I had to check out early because of this experience, and I also lost one paid night.

Breakfast spread was good. It is located far but peaceful and quiet. The view from pool and lobby was good. Spa was too expensive compared to other 5-star hotels. Private beach was not as expected but a small stretch of sand and rocks, not suitable for water activities. Wellness spa was not easy to accessible for people with issues with pain like old people due to the flight of stairs you need to take. Same with breakfast restaurant Siri, people need to take stairs (few) to get the food.

The pool area was nice. The room was clean with a great view. The staff - I booked 2 rooms but due the ongoing war in the Middle East 1 member was unable to join us. The hotel (instead of helping) just frustrated me no end. So I lost my money for 1 unused room.

This place was exceptional. From the grand lobby entrance, infinity pools, landscaped walkways, to the exquisite views you will enjoy the relaxation at this luxurious resort. Our villa was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed. The extensive buffet breakfast featured dishes from around the world, and could be enjoyed overlooking the bay. The staff was courteous and obliging. There were golf cart shuttles. The beach area was small, but quaint. This stay was the cherry on top of our visit to Thailand. I have no complaints about this beautiful resort.
