Location is good but it is very old and not maintained well. Restaurants are. good but their condirions are not at the level of their prices and it is very expensive acc to phuket It is definetely not worth of money. It is very old- rooms are not maintained well. No mosquito management you can not sit outside without beaten. In the rooms there are cockroaches. In the rooms we have also gecko. Bathrooms cleaning is also not good.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Transportation across the resort very easy using hotel buggy which was quickly available upon request. Great pools across the resort. Stunning view from our room. Amazing spa

It was so clean and staff were absolutely friendly, even the Penthouse we had view was great It’s quiet far from the Patong or Kamala beach for example but it’s great for a peace of mind time

The baba nest was fully booked during our stay. I didn't feel it is walking friendly, i used the tuk tuk service all the time

You get exactly what you pay for here. Stunning views and excellent amenities and service. This is really luxury service and hospitality. The hotel is located in a secluded area which is good or bad depending on what you want… but there is a 7-11 and various restaurants walking distance from the main exit. Because it’s built on a mountain you need to wait for a tuk tuk service to take you almost anywhere including the front desk or exit. You CAN walk but things are far and separated by steep hills. But keep in mind the stunning views wouldn’t exist if you weren’t on a mountain.

The view, the tranquility, quality of restaurants inside the resort. Game room which is a good spot for 3 generations in the family. Restaurants are over priced, the air-cons in villa are a bit noisy.

Absolutely everything. I’m excited to make this my home away from home. It healed my soul. It’s a stunning resort. Many of the staff seemed newer, service was slow but everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.
