Modern rooms with nice decor, good amenities, and in a great location with bars and restaurants in close walking distance. Hot tub on an outdoor terrace was a plus too.

We had an amazing stay at Cloud 9 and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our South Africa trip. The location is perfect, and our room with its incredible view of Table Mountain was truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool after long days of exploring. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone visiting Cape Town!

The property is pristine and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. There is a restaurant and bar on the upper level that offers an amazing view of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. Additionally, there is a spa located on the main level that does amazing manicures.

The locations is fantastic Nothing wish we could have stayed longer

Loved the building internal style and room nice. Staff very helpful and attentive especially in meals area. We had a dinner that was fantastic, very gourmet but at attractive prices. In nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. A cheap into trip into city Nothing.

The hotel's beautiful rooms exude comfort and warmth from the moment you walk in. The attached spa was a highlight as I had one of the best massages of my life there (thank you, Taylor!). All in all, an incredible place to stay, whether you're exploring Cape Town or simply in need of a well-deserved rest The one minor hiccup was slow service on the night I dined at the restaurant, owing to a function being held at the same time. What impressed me, though, was how graciously the hotel received the feedback — they apologised without any prompting, even though it was a small thing. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about a place.

The spa they had was very relaxing. The hot water would turn warm after about 20-30 min. For example, when my wife used it after me, she said the hot water was gone. That happened a few times.

The staff all gave 110%, the amazing location had a view of Table Mountain, and everything down to the food had a real South African taste

Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent Nothing

Steps to our room were steep and challenging for the older guest. We are staying here again for two nights and are on a ground floor room
-
Personnel were outstanding. Our room was street level off the main check in area. It had an unpleasant smell and was very small. There was very little privacy if we opened our curtains.
-
Went out of their way to make stay comfortable! Nothing

Great location with lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Safe area. Great roof top bar. There are a few stairs that need to be dealt with if a concern. No concern for us. Staff will take care of luggage and a good elevator provides access to within 10 or so stairs.

Always very friendly, comfortable and great location.

The location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast food, and room size was great for 2 people. Nothing! Loved it all

We got a free room upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! It is the most affordable place to stay, given its excellent location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our favourite thing is the sauna, which you can book for a specific time at no extra charge. Staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly.
