The breakfast was lovely, I basically enjoyed every moment. Housekeeping took a bit long to come, and clean the room...overall that is all.
-
The room design. The step up to the bed. Buffet breakfast.
-
Super small room. Impossible to contact the reception

Convenient location for CTICC

I attended a conference at the convention center, so Hotel Sky's location was perfect. The hotel staff were pleasant. Carmen, at breakfast, was always welcoming!!! Amazing cappuccino from the lobby cafe. The heat didn't work and in winter, that was awful!!! I asked about it several times and was told that it would warm up eventually, but it did not. They did provide a warm blanket. Breakfast was a bit plain with mostly the same options every day.

The location is great, breakfast was great, free coffee in floors was great, there was a business room (for working) in my floor which was also great. Staff is very friendly, the view on the top is amazing. The water was filtered so I could fill up my bottle everyday before going out. It really depends but I stayed in several rooms, and some of them were a bit small. The sink was separate from the toilet. The tap on the sink was so close to the edge that water spilled whenever I washed my hands.
-
Room was badly designed. Hardly any room to get around the bed. Tap was not very well positioned over the sink. Picking up towels to swim was annoying because we had to wait ages at reception.

Good Location, Nice Hotel , Staff is friendly Can not have a peaceful shower. Water is extremely hot and when u adjust it become very cold. Temperature change itself in 1 second. Try to tell the staff and they can not do anything. And the housekeeping rush into the room without any knocking 9am.

Location as it is close to everything, interesting quirky design (I don’t like it but I think it’s a unique point), practicality, purified water, friendly staff, and honestly great value Lift system is weird and slow. I was next to the terrace so sometimes drunk kids were being very loud in the hall.

I loved how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The daily changing of linen was a special touch that made me feel comfortable and truly valued as a guest.” One suggestion would be to provide clearer guidance on using the lifts and the TV, as it can be a bit challenging for guests to figure out.

The hotel is in a best location for people going to the convention center (which is just cross the street), and for tourists (V&A water front is 10 min away). The view from its top floor (restaurants) is fantastic. The breakfast is decent. Most staff and service workers are friendly. There is a travel desk in the lobby that is run by a third company (Green Apple Tours), which offers tour options and airport transfer (used them on multiple times, very satisfied). Nearly all of the rooms are long and narrow, due to the structure of the building... a design flaw. These rooms are just 30cm wide when a bed is being set horizontally. So the passage from the door to the window is long and narrow (too narrow to drag a suitcase over). To make the thing worse, a TV box (12cm) sticks out on the wall on the other side between twin beds - so if you walk with a straight upper body, you will bump into the TV box, which has sharp corners. Their reservation system has some real issues - tends to overbooking guests.

Very friendly staffs, all facilities available, great breakfast and perfect location. Had a pleasant stay!
-
Friendly staff , food and their breakfast is ???.. the sky ride was my out most best experience . I don’t have any complaints at the moment
-
Great city views and excellent breakfast buffet. The width of our room made walking to the second twin bed a bit challenging.

Great Nothing

Seems the walls and ceiling could have been painted something more imaginative than an austere, simple black. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room - I had to go to the end of the hall for hot water for morning coffee.

Our stay was overall quite good; the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a reliable place to rest. However, as we were visiting for our honeymoon, we felt that for the price paid, there could have been a bit more effort to make the occasion feel special. While the general staff were friendly and welcoming, we found the service at the bar and restaurant during lunch and dinner to be a bit of a letdown in comparison. It is a nice establishment, but a few small personal touches would have elevated the experience from "good" to "exceptional.

If i stay for 2 more days ???????

Location Room was 5 square meters Barely can fit in

Room size, room facilities, room maintenance, shower facilities were old, shower was broken, no water kettle even if tea bags were available, staff not helpful and not willing to go the extra mile, excessive pricing for what it offers
