Location is perfect for visiting the city, you can walk to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Secure parking is also available on request. Hotel in general very clean, rooms and bedding also clean. The rooms are small, but that is fine as you literally only sleep there.
-
Excellent stay but the room appliances need an update. The fridge was overheating and the hairdryer was broken, iron is very old.

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants I. The area. Very helpful and friendly staff Breakfast buffet was terrific. No complaints! Laundry was very expensive.

This was second visit because I loved it. Also had an issue with the room based on my previous experience. This was sorted and give you 100% service and will come back. Everything.

This hotel is truly exceptional in every way. Situated in the best location, it offers easy access to all major attractions while remaining a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, featuring a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to all tastes. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff—every team member went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Everything was flawless; I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The food, soft mattress and the view

I had such a wonderful experience. As some areas in Cape Town can feel a bit unsafe, I was really happy with the location. Gardens area is the best! It felt perfect. It’s right next to amazing restaurants, shops, and pubs, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. They even offer a complimentary breakfast in addition to the buffet, which was such a nice extra touch. I truly loved it. Open Avo with eggs, power smoothies are the best! What made the stay even more special was the staff. From the reception team to the kitchen staff, waiters, and room service. Everyone was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I will definitely come back to Cape Town, and without a doubt, this hotel will be my first choice again. Highly recommended! N/A

I like the location that was very central and convinient. There are several things that could be improved and that I would expect of a 4 start hotel: 1. The breakfast was super random like 3 star hotel. Nothing very delicious or outstanding. 2. All bedroom doors had paint falling off. 3. I got the penthouse suit and the door to the balcony did not close and the street was very noisy. 4. The room did not have iron or hair dryer. 5. My friend asked for a second card for his room ( given that they only provide 1) and the reception attendant was super rude to him and requested for him to pay for a second card. Overall feel is that the hotel looks nice in the pictures but in real life is not worth what you pay for.

Rooms were super super small

Location, staff, shower room G06). Comfortable and pretty quiet room. The small area on ground floor where my room G06 was needed a good paint. Walls and doors are scuffed. There was also a smell of smoking periodically.

Everything was very comfortable and clean.Staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early and could leave luggage after check out
-
I didn't like your carpet in the passage as it is dirty and in bad smells
-
Great breakfast and location was perfect for our stay. The hotel has a lovey view of the mountain and it was a bonus to get safe parking.
-
The breakfast! It was the same everyday last year and this year as well...not much variety and the mashroom and scrambled eggs look unappetizing

The staff was very friend, and the venue was central to table mountain and waterfront. Loved taking walks in the morning. Safe, friendly and lclean
