Mojo Hotel

The room was facing construction building and there were noise early in the morning. Also on 1st floor there was a school/group booked in and the hole night they were making noise in the hall. I did complaint to reception the next morning. This is not the first time people are making noise

Easier to find and good vibe It was too tiny, with no windows.the two single bed pushed together did not work for me , I don’t get it’s functional especially because there is no space to move them apart.

Value for money The fact that Netflix and Youtube didn’t work, i reported and was told someone would come and have a look but nobody came, i was in room 103

Location I complained. Damp in 1st room. Cockroaches in the 2nd room allocated. I had a long stay and was forced to deal with this issue. Booking.com has still not responded to several messages of complaints I sent. The manager on duty did not apologize and said they never had complaints about cockroaches. As if the problem was with me. This is a lie as upon checking the reviews on their website after my complaint I discovered several issues with cockroaches and harassment after entering a complaint. I asked to speak to someone senior to him. No luck. Furthermore why put me in a room that staff mentioned they knew about the problem. I bought Jeyes fluid after the manager said there was no problem. But the same night cockroaches were crawling on my bed and in the bathroom. The night manager was helpful and moved me into another room. I am still shocked and disgusted in the day manager who made me stay in that room despite bringing two cockroaches I caught in a bag to show him. I am a very squeamish person and it took a lot of me to manage this feat. This place is a disgusting cockroach infested place. I would never ever stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff. Appreciated the upgrade to sea view. Good to have a kettle and small refrigerator. Some more table or counter space would have been good.

Mojo market was super nice! Room was great, clean with daily changes of towels. They got a room for hair dryer and ironing, its beside our room so it was convenient Staff were really nice too Just walking distance across Seapoint Nothing

room was nice and clean. the location is superb everything within walking distance. I did not have breakfast but there are restaurants nearby. and the mojo market downstairs is vibes...

The view from the balcony is very nice The room is very small; there is no space to sit and work or do make up. The shower spray is very weak. Check in very slow as you need to complete a lot of information, which no one request anymore

Got a room with a terrace and it was amazing...You have tea and coffee in the room and microwave and fridge and glasses and enough cutlery,was my best stay since I stayed over at any hotel ♥️♥️♥️ There was nothing I didn't like...

The location of the property We booked a roof top room facing the street, but the drainage system is so bad, the room was smelling like sewage the whole time we were there and it was very noisy because of the construction happening on the opposite street. We had to request that they move us, the staff was kind and they moved us but the hotel was apparently full so we got a room in the 1st floor that didn’t have a window, we had to take it because we couldn’t stay at the rooftop room anymore due to the horrible smell and construction noice.
