Location Everything except the location, more especially the beds, and the fact that I was sharing with people that I didn't even book with on the same apartment, we had to share one bathroom being eight people that's extremely unhygienic and one kitchen shared amongst 8 people,sharing one fridge and one single hot plate to cook. How practically can that be possible, after paying so much?????????? The bed quality is extremely poor

Maybe it was safety reasons but feel like they should've given us free access to enter the building instead of calling reception now and then, another thing room service took their own time to clean the room but it is a good place.

Everything was perfect On our second day the cleaner took our dirty towels but did received anything back. When to reception when we came from a walk and wanted to shower no towels we could not wash. Dont think i will be back and im a regular visitor but this one was bad

Das Personal war immer sehr nett It was very difficult for me to work there remotely because there was noise all the time and unfortunately it wasn't really clean

The rooms are very small than shown in the pictures. Also there’s no backup for load shedding.
