Central location close to everything. Awesome staff. The breakfast on the ground floor was amazing, and the club on the 19th floor was very nice. Housekeeping and cleaning were not really good . I stayed 8 nights, and the suite was never properly cleaned or vacuumed.

Another lovely stay at the Westin, now my go-to place whenever I'm in Cape Town. The location is ideal, the service impeccable, and the staff truly make you feel at home—welcoming you by name and always ready to assist. I would, however, recommend expanding the late-night room service menu. After a late flight, it's always appreciated to have a wider range of options available

The hotel was lovely. Modern, clean, luxurious. Staff were amazing and helpful. The pools could be warmer. Especially in the evenings
