Well located & new hotel Too many ins & out, too busy hall area.

The location was ideal The shower wasn’t clean and there was cockroaches in the apartment. My car was about to be clamped cause there was no allocated parking given to me and it says there’s parking. The security that checked me in took my fingerprint for parking but never assigned me to a designated bay and the next morning I arrived just in time before my car would be clamped then I had to pay R759 release fee. There was only 2 towels and no other cloths and no shampoo or soap. The shower was full of a mold buildup it was nasty, I couldn’t shower there. The experience was not good at all compared to the other times I stayed at 16 on Bree

Location, very receptive staff, courteous. Not enough hooks to place incidentals, also outlet near a mirror to blow dry hair

The staff is INCREDIBLY nice. The location is perfect, as you’re 10 minutes away to most of the touristic attractions. Facilities are clean and everyday there’s room service. Absolutely a great deal. Nothing. I’d stay here again.

Great breakfast buffet,the staff were great.The rooms are very well organized and a nice size.The staff were genuinely concerned about our safety . It is quite far from the city centre.

The facilities are luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and I always felt like my request was a top priority. The wi-fi connection was also very good, and even the channels on the TV responded quickly (I have stayed in hotels where Netflix takes about 5-10 minutes to start up). I would definitely recommend the hotel. My floor wasn't cleaned for the time I stayed there (neither swept nor mopped).

The place was amazing! The room had an amazing view from the mountains, the hotel has a SPA with a few option of massages, manicure and pedicure, a restaurant with good food, a good vibe in general!

The staff was so friendly and protective. They even guided us on what we can see and places to visit around Cape Town. Your Break fast was very massive and enjoyable. A big shout out go to Chris for helping us with transport bookings and reliable transport. The hotel is nice and clean. There is absolutely nothing that we were not happy about. It is just a recommendation. It would be nice to have a microwave just to warm up something if one is unable to go for supper at night.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel due to a lack of transparency around their visitor policy. Nowhere on their Booking.com policy did it mention any restrictions regarding visitors. However, after I had already made full payment and checked in, I was informed of strict visitor rules that were never disclosed beforehand. Visitors not allowed after 11pm, so they charge a fee to give access to your visitor
